You guys what to know why the powers that BE hate the baht buses? They hate the baht buses free-wheeling ways.. They hate that baht buse dont stick to set routes.. They hate they dont stop in set places.. They hate they dont run on schedule.. They hate that they are so cheap They hate that you can pay with cash and dont need a ticket.. They hate that people enjoy and like them... They hate that they are so convient for people... They hate that they are unique work so well.. They like transport that is the same as every other country They like ridged time tables They like set stops They like tickets They like limited seating....Numbered seatting... They like every thing highly controlled, highly regulated, 24/7/365

They would like nothing more than to get rid of all baht buses.....And they have made a number of attemps here and there to replace them with mini-vans but it has always ended in failure.......But I bet they will keep trying....

I agree......I always stand-up, even if there is no one else on the baht bus .....Unless I have groceries, then I sit....

The only way to stop people from standing up is to remove the whole platform people use to step-up into the baht bus......And if this is removed then a baht bus would be useless....

I do not drive so I have used the baht buses counless times over many years... I have never seen a single misfortune befall anyone standing-up and riding.... Nor do I recall reading about anyone in the news who was sanding and and fell off because they were stand-up......Nope.....Not a single news story.... Please take notice they give no numbers or incidents to back-up the so called danger of riding standing.............Why not?........Most likely because they dont have any.....No doubt someone somewhere has fallen off sometime.....But I bet 1000s of more people have been hit crossing the road than ever fell off a baht bus...... So in this case I would say its high time to ban people from ever crossing a road....

Not every thing is good for everyone in this world.... Untold millions have vaped with no problem.... Some people should absolutly never drink, or smoke weed, or eat peanuts, or eat MSG or a million other things..... There will always be someone with a bad reaction to anything....

No one ever said vaping was a 100% good for you... But they are much better for people than cigarettes...

E-cigs are about as illegal as prostitution is in Thailand... Vapes are openly sold all over the place.... It only seems illegal for farangs to get caught vaping...The Thais seem to have zero fear of vaping anywhere...

How many shade tree are being planted?............Zero How much seatting are they making?....................Zero How many sculptures ,fountains,art are there...Zero

You have done all you can do to check out these sellers.....So just buy and hope things turn out good.......

The stated purpose of this tax was to pay for farang that skipped out on their hospital medical bills and nothing else...... Now it sounds like the medical bill part has almost been forgotten about..... Which means in a few more years we will be hearing loads of stories of farangs not paying their medical bills............So yes folks a new tax will be needed.........

If the 300 baht fee will not cover situations like this what will it cover...

For the longest time the 300 baht fee was 100% all going to pay medical expenses of farang with no money like this girl..... Now they say 90% of the 300 for other stuff and maybe 10% medical.....Which really means I bet less than 5% medical...

If you guys think that the goverment is having sleepless nights about 1 in a million people having a bad reactions to asprin...Reye's Syndrome....Or any other such nonsense.....Get real...... The main problem with asprin I think is .....Its been proven to be very effective by billions of people billions of times for over 100 years and its very very cheap... That its very very cheap is the main problem that the drug overloards see that needs a big correction in my opinion....

Look around some time and see how many Indians are eating in ANY restaurant that is not Indian....They are very very few in numbers .........Indians seem to want to eat only Indian food and not much of any thing else from what I have seen......

This is correct.....In my opinion the OP does not deserve a refund.... Buying clothing online you buy ONE that's ONE as in one of something and if that is a good fit only then do you buy more... Anyone who does not follow this rule should lose all their money with no refund...

If your not a smoker....Well you are now....I would say about a one pack a day smoker, breathing in this air. Cigarette smokers have stronger lungs from smoking, so the pollution does not bother them as much. Sometimes being a smoker pays off... .

Speaking of oversupply there is no way on Gods Green Earth Pattaya can support the huge number of pot shops it has...Must be over 200 by now......Yet more keep opening..I just don't get it..
