  1. You mention food areas. It's quite silly really, because everyone in a food area that is eating will not be wearing a mask, unless they invented some way to keep the mask on while eating. All the Thai people wearing masks would have spread covid (if they had it) while they were eating. I would suggest that people who are really concerned about dying of covid stay at home for another year or so. In the meanwhile, if you are still wearning a mask in public places, I thank you for your service in keeping the environment cleaner for us non-maskers.
  2. It has long been established that covid-19 does not infect people who are sitting down in restaurants. (...I jest)
  3. I see Thai people (still) sitting on their own at the top of Chaloem-Phrakiat park, at 9pm at night wearing masks. The park is very quiet at that time of night. If that's not irrational fear, I don't know what is.
  4. I'm also not wearing masks anywhere I don't have to. There is currently no mandate, so live with it. One office had a sign, "no mask - no entry" and I wore one at the immigration office last week.
  5. My landlord is German and he got amazing bargains for some condos at the start of Covid. IMO he scored the best real estate deals in Pattaya - a case of being in the right place at the right time. His builder is German. He does a great job. I don't know how much he pays, but it's very good work and a good investment provided you get the condos at a good price. He lives in one and any rental return is secondary to the capital gains.
  6. I rent, but my landlord gets full condo renovations (to the shell) done perfectly. The trick is to find a foreigner who supervises all the work (and does some too). Same with air conditioning - a foreigner with a team of Thais doing the work under his supervision. Any other way and you'll end up tearing your hair out. It costs a lot more this way, but it's better to pay more for a good job done once only. Communication is the big problem, so it's better to leave that to a professional.
  7. It was this way for 10 years of diy until I starting using the VIP expidited service. Now they smile like cheshire cats whenever I do my yearly extension. I have never seen immigration officers so friendly. They are so friendly it almost feels uncomfortable. I don't even need to queue. I was in and out in 5 minutes on Tuesday and they even did my reporting (due 25 July) for me and they told me not to queue next time I need to report, but come and see them directly.
  8. You hand your passport to the ladies at the reporting desk in the carpark, then take a seat and wait until they return with your passport... so you are waiting, if not queuing.
  9. The week before, from Wed to Friday (13 - 15) the immigration office was closed. That's the reason for an extra big crowd.
  10. I was also there on Tuesday. Lunch is 12:00, not 11:30, but there was a huge crowd still waiting outside the front door at 11:55, when I left there. I suppose they had to wait outside for an hour until after lunch. It was expected after the 3-day closure last week.
  11. No, he was about my size back then, which was around 90kg (early 20's). He has a solid frame which is good for putting on muscle. He trained with an English guy who was very strong and took a lot of chemicals. He was arrested (I think for murder) and went to prison. Sharky worked for him as a strong-arm for his loan shark business which he took over. Most of the mass he displayed in Pattaya was from hgh use, which produces a lot of bloat due to water retention. As you can see, he was big but very smooth with zero muscle definition, and a huge midsection.
  12. Allow me to explain this oft asked question. He came to Australia in his early 20's - no tattoos, just a normal looking young guy. No visa was required - just hop on a plane. Back then, after a couple of years residency (automatic for a Kiwi) you can apply for citizenship, in which case you have dual citizenship. I knew him back then - he started working as a night club bouncer... same job I did for a few years. Later on he became obsessed with gaining size and took the necessary chemicals to achieve that goal.
  13. Sharky has been over 50 for about a decade. I went to the same gym as him on the Gold Coast in the mid 1980's when he was still of normal size. One of his English friends who he worked for went to prison and he took over his business in the late 1980's, and that's how it all began. He ignored me whenever we passed each other in Pattaya (I only spoke to him once the first time I saw him). I don't think he liked the idea of associating with anyone who knew his real past... or maybe he took offence to my comment that he looked like he was carrying a lot of water from his HGH use.
  14. You've been here awhile, so why is this all a mystery to you? He had lots of cash. That's probably run out and the reason he is now hiding in Australia and trying to look as inconspicuous as possible. I saw a video he shot after he first got back to Queensland... he didn't give a reason why he went back,
  15. It's in Pattaya. In fact I was astounded to note that most people were still wearing masks after the mandate ended. Going into details, in Central Mall, and Terminal 21 you would have had to look very hard to find anyone other than myself without a mask, and when you did spot one, it was a foreigner. Same for Friendship and all 7Elevens I've visited in the last 2 weeks. I felt uncomfortable being the only person not wearing a mask and in some places made the decision to put it back on as I carry one in my pocket. Maybe in the bar areas most people aren't wearing them. I saw most people were not wearing masks for months now in beer bars, so that's nothing new - both Thai staff and customers. I was quite surprised to see the number of Thai people on motorcycles still wearing them.
  16. I had my registration payment suspended years ago due to non payment of a fine, and I had to go to the police station to pay it before I could renew my registration, yet here they are saying it's a new regulation? At that time there was no late fee, so that is new.
  17. There is no rush at all. In the malls and shops I visit, most customers are masked. Even outside and on motorcycles, most people are wearing them. I started putting mine on again in the shops as I felt I stood out too much by not wearing one.
  18. That's a very childish attitude. I'll wear one in shops and malls until I see the majority of Thai people aren't wearning one, and the staff. If that takes a few more months, no problem.
  19. What do you mean by "look at standing up in the cinemas"? I haven't been to a cinema for a long time - please enlighten me.
  20. Pre-covid, over my life time I've had some very nasty colds and flues. One time, back in the early 90's it took me months to recover from one. You people either have short memories, or you've never been sick before covid. Your wife has been sick for 2 days - so what? This is nothing new. Because of that we need to wear masks and get vaccinations and boosters forever. Who are the ignorant ones?
  21. Thanks, that's interesting, but the study doesn't show the E2 levels or HCT levels. Also, why use Cypionate for IM injection and Enanthate for SubQ? They have different half lives among other differences. https://www.hgha.com/blog/testosterone/testosterone-cypionate-vs-enanthate I wouldn't be using this study as evidence that sub cutaneous injection has any advanages as the study seems to be poorly constructed and using different drugs makes no sense at all. I'd need to see a lot more conclusive research before I would change my injection mode. Why are they talking about TRT and post cycle therapy recovery after 12 weeks. TRT is not useful in cycles for older people as they have a low natural TT production which doesn't get better after a cycle of TT supplementation. Your comment : "There is no known complications taking testestorone enenthate subq in micro doses" is not true. You will always shut your natural production down if you supplement and end up with testicular atrophy. I would call that a huge complication. TRT is basically chemical castration. There are other drugs you can take to slow it down, but what is the point if you've dedicated yourself to TRT for life, which is really the point of it. Why didn't the study incude serum DHT levels, which are definitely a "complication" for some people. Excessive E2 and HCT don't concern me with low dosing, which is all that is needed to keep testosterone levels in the normal range.
  22. Testosterone Enanathate oils are designed to be IM, not subQ. Why would you do that? You can inject 1 ml into the muscle as fast as you like, you will not get a lump. You'll only get a lump if you miss the muscle, and that would only happen if the needle is too short to get through your fat layer. Other hormone injections such as GH and Insulin are SubQ.
  23. This is exactly the excuse we constantly hear from Biden - blaming everyone else, especially Trump, and now Putin. Biden has been an absolute disaster. Who are the 39% that approve of him? I've seen a lot of polls putting him in the 20 percentile. This pole was kind to him. It would be hard to believe that even 20% approve.
