    after using agent A for 1 year, you can than use agent B, ( cheaper, closer) than the next year agent C ur not limited to using the same agent forever

    dodgy?? 5555 ems as to using an agent in Pattaya, You need appear in person to get ur extension so unless ur living in Pattaya, you need add on the expense of travelling, hotels, etc to the 12,500-13,00 charged Many other agents use immigration offices where you do NOT need appear in person

    If u already have a bank account ( not mean have 800,000 but 2,000 or so) and a non o visa, 25,000 is way to much> TVC charges 18,000 and u send them ur passport, they get ur 1 year extension and send it back to you> You than file a new tm 30 where ever u live and do ur own 90 day reports or they will do them for 500 baht

    u spend 25,000 and u put 800,000 of ur money in the bank? LIke i said its a golden egg 25,000 5,000 for agent 1,900 for visa Immigration profit 19,800 baht!!!! WOW thai visa centre is 18,000 all in, no money in Bank IF ur single ,no living family, ur crazy to put 800,000 in the bank when u die, the bank gets to keep it and even if u want leave it to someone, its a pain for them to get it

    there used to be a ferry./mini bus service from KP to Ranong an back pre covid so check with local travel agents

    exactly: drive the by pass road past prince of songkla, all those Huge chinese only places have been closed, also the gem shop near the monument, i see few chinese owned places around nor signs in Chinese only ( like the russians) Its the Russians taking over the motorcycle rentals, weeds shops, tour agents etc buyers of the thousands of new condos are not chinese as well

    YES< many many people ( i was fined 1,000 baht ( no receipt) on my last 1 year renewal as had missed the previous 90 day report)

    I 2nd that there is a small thai restaurant near the very old mall on the circle in phuket town heading towards the Closed Robinson on the right< best chicken, red pork, moo gorp and rice on the island been eating there 30 + years its now up to 80 baht for the dish & a coke!!! another good one is in Kamala, main road "duck spicy" across from the 7/11 at the intersection excellent Thai food ( not watered down for farnags) at thai prices

    nope, they dont care BUT on ur next 90 day report if ur on a year extension, they will notice ( dam computers) u missed one and "might" be fined.

    please show me where in Thailand u can get a 2 bedroom beach condo for under 8,000 baht??? and to the person that gets 10 meals for 407 baht>>>> 5555 fried rice gets quite boring and it nowhere as filling as the op's meal
