  1. I am no big fan, but you can't just have courts getting rid of leaders of a country on such small incidents. This especially seems very bizarre - in the sense how can a Thai leader ever have formal talks with any leader again with this sort of threat hanging over their head? Diplomacy means you have to talk alot of nonsense.
  2. This didn't happen did it? Bless for the imagination though.
  3. Thailand would empty if the EU opened up their borders to Thailand
  4. I still won't forgive giving Indians visa free.
  5. Having seen the effect it has on some in Thailand - i am beginning to believe it. I saw one guy attempting to swim in a tiny puddle in a random soi. He was British
  6. Let me guess ... You like to holiday in Pattaya don't you, formerly you used to like to holiday in Benidorm? You and your fellow brits sipping a pint in a Pattaya bar talking about those dastardly migrants coming on boats taking up benefits in the UK - no challenge to your arguments as you go further down the black hole. You are against immigration (irony being you may well be a migrant yourself) and admire Farage? And you voted Brexit and will never admit it was a mistake. Have i got it rite ?
  7. Would not surprise me if the people behind pushing immigrants on boats to the UK is another foreign state looking to destablise the UK. It seems these small numbers of migrants (compared to legal migration) is really upsetting the British people. To put matters into perspective America gets thousands of daily crossing a day from Mexico. Italy get <deleted> loads of crossings. Most countries are not islands and are constantly getting influxed with immigrants. I was in India, and there is literally an open border is some areas to Myanmar. You literally have thousands of walking back and forth through this open area. Also loads of Bangladeshis enter India daily. Thailand also has the same in some regions with Myanamar too. The UK had nearly 1 million net migration after covid - yet it was the 30,000 boat crossings that upsets people (pushed by media).
  8. Racists do not like Starmer. Which in turns makes me admire him.
  9. It definately increased the sheer volume of dirty bag tourists. Even from the UK, they've had an influx of Bendiorm Brits, whose sole vice is to consume drugs, do not mix with local culture, and them smash someones face to end the night. THe reputation of Thailand has been dirt. Coming back from Thailand i have been stopped countless times, and was told by customs in Amsterdam that they are targetting flights from Thailand due to the volume of marijuana being smuggled out.
  10. It's politics. You have fractions in every party that will very strong views. You have to compromise. In this case however, it seems very ill thought out. There will be no cuts as fractions in the party want more spending. So it's going to be a rise in taxes. I predict the will hit Fuel - which in turn is going to push the costs up even more, pushing up inflation. Like i said someone is going to have to take this <deleted> on, even if it means only being a one term party.
  11. This is the problem the UK and Europe face .... whenever their is an attempt to reduce the level of state spending on anything you get opposition so fierce that you are unable to make any cuts at all. You barely touch the sides. The UK in particular has to get a grip on spending, it's just completely out of control (most of it sheer waste). So instead you are going in a spiral of high taxes to fuel more spending ... which just cuts growth, and you are in a tail spin of repeat and rinse. The money spent on financing the debt is astronomical compared to those with less debt. If anything i admired the Cameron / Osbourne government for actually trying to make an attempt at cutting spending, but ultimately it was all very minor again. Eventually someone is going to have to speak seriously to the population, explain you cannot get everything, and major cuts will have to be made.
  12. They literally have security guards at every platform and at the ticket gate. Ridiculous post.
  13. Yanks love to talk about their rights .... they are google experts on the subject, and believe the world follows the same patterns. So may well be a yank.
  14. He probably goes to Benidorm or Magaluf usually ... airlines like Easy Jet , Jet2 don't say much if you switch around. This was probably a new thing for him.
  15. If you are really hell bent on eradicating H.Pylori ... then you obvioulsy need to be faithful, and make sure you don't engage in any kissing with anyone else. Secondly test everyone in your family, no point you curing it, only to be then sharing utensils/food/drinks/kisses with your partner who is also infected.
  16. Most of the Brits in Thailand are bendirom holidaying council estate chavs. I stay clear.
  17. Yeah ... most indicate that half the world has H.pylori. In developing nations like Thailand, India, etc they estimate 70-90% of the population have H.pylori. So if you are still single, or into the P4p scene and go kiss a girl- you will just immediatley get reinfected again.
  18. What i don't understand with H.Pylori is that nearly half the people in the world have it (so i see from my research). The vast majority have no symptoms. So my point being you eradicate it, then go kiss someone and you catch it again? I am pretty certain you can just catch it again and again.
  19. Utter nonsense. I see ignorant tourists who have no idea about the laws smoking it everywhere.
  20. Easily upset? I don't want to inhale marijuana smoke. No sane person who isn't smoking that stuff would want to either. I tell you what next time i see you i'll just cough in your face, we will see how easily offended you are. The marijuana laws have attracted Bendirom Magaluf types Brits, from council estates. Anything to stop them is welcome in my opinion.
  21. Sat in a bar yesterday. Two Benidorm Brits sat down and lit up a joint. I could literally not believe it. I asked them politely they couldn't smoke that here. They turned and look at me in the typical council estate way Brits do, and were yearning for a fight to complete their day. I looked around at the some of the workers who were quite frankly unequiped to deal with this. We just left. But it's absolutely vile.
  22. Pattaya really is full of the worst humans on this planet
  23. It's a quandry. You let Indians in on mass, no checks or balances, no checking they're not sleeping 10 people to a room, etc - you then turn away quality tourists and Chinese
