And given the optimistic spin on that post of yours that I inserted in my comment, that news doesn't seem to have much effect on your reckoning. -

So if it wasn't discussed in this thread, what was your point? You think it's incumbent upon someone posting something to be au courant with everything posted in this sub-forum? -

Here's a post from you in this thread dated Jan 21. Considerably less than 2 weeks ago. Apparently, whatever discussion took place didn't leave much of an impression on you. -

Hamas regroups in northern Gaza to prepare new offensive Hamas militants have returned to northern Gaza, where they are mobilising against Israeli forces and rebuilding a system of governance, aid officials, Gaza residents, analysts and Israeli officials say. Elsewhere in Gaza, Hamas administrators and police maintain firm control of the south, where much of the population is concentrated, though civil order is breaking down in central regions. The apparent resurgence of Hamas in areas seized and cleared by Israeli troops during the nearly four-month offensive underlines the difficulties Benjamin Netanyahu faces in meeting his pledge to “crush” the militant group. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2024/jan/30/hamas-returns-northern-gaza-new-offensive -

Deadly Drone Attack in Jordan Three US Soldiers Killed 30+ Injured

Jordan: Though the presence of the U.S. military is a sensitive domestic issue in Jordanian politics, there were around 2,900 personnel there as of June 2023 at the request of the Jordanian government. They were deployed there to support Jordan's operations against ISIS, to enhance its security and to promote regional stability. Jordanian air bases, particularly, have been important for U.S. intelligence missions in Syria and Iraq. https://www.axios.com/2023/10/31/american-troops-middle-east-israel-palestine -
That amoeba lives in silt. As I understand it, natural pools are designed to filter out anything that could turn into silt. So it shouldn't be a problem.

And that would be you being misleading by not noting that Israel gave Qatar permission to distribute the money and actually sent agents to accompany and provide protection to Mohammed Al-Emadi, the Qatari bagman. It was they who would drive him across the border. It's also instructive to note that when some Republicans wanted to go after Qatar for supporting Hamas, the Israeli govt. intervened on Qatar's behalf.
-
Not exactly. To be accurate, Israel gave Qatar permission to distribute money in Gaza that would help reduce the locals' dissatisfaction with Hamas. It also had its own people provide protection to Qatar's bag man in distributing the cash. The monthly sum was $30,000,000. https://archive.ph/qUJwK https://www.nytimes.com/2023/12/10/world/middleeast/israel-qatar-money-prop-up-hamas.html#:~:text=For years%2C Israeli intelligence officers, keep a power plant running.

Actually, as anyone should know by know, The Art of the Deal is a work of fiction. Trump's companies repeatedly because he paid too much to acquire them. In other words, he got outnegotiated. He is good at stiffing small time contractors and such. People who can't afford to fight the bully. Carroll has the resources to take it to him all the way. And if the loon keeps on slandering her, he may well end up losing his entire fortune.

Juicing Biden up? Trying this one on again? Shameless much? Any alleged factual claims must be supported by a valid link to an approved credible source. https://aseannow.com/forum/158-world-news/ -
There's one other problem with your belief. Carroll filed her defamation lawsuit in 2019. She did refile it in 2022, With it she also filed also another on the basis of the Survivors act.. So, no, her defamation charge would not have been dismissed under the statute of limitations. In the defamation lawsuit she was not suing Trump for sexual assault. But rather for how he responded to her claim of sexual assault and rape.

You're right, It isn't.At least, I could find absolutely no mention of Donald Trump in articles about the support for passing the proposed bill Harvey Weinstein Survivors Push New York Governor to Support Adult Survivors Act A group of women who stood up against Harvey Weinstein and other sexual abusers are pushing New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to support the Adult Survivors Act, which would give survivors more time to hold their abusers accountable to get justice. Jessica Mann and Dawn Dunning, who testified against Weinstein, historically changing the system of sexual abuse and unbalanced power dynamics in Hollywood, are among the women who wrote a letter to Cuomo, along with Weinstein survivors Ambra Gutierrez and Dominique Huett. Evelyn Yang, former Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang’s wife, who shared that she was sexually assaulted by her OB-GYN while pregnant, is also part of the group of advocates pushing for the legislation. https://variety.com/2020/biz/news/weinstein-survivors-adult-survivors-act-1234733068/ ‘I Want to Be Heard’: Adult Sex-Abuse Victims Demand New Rights https://archive.ph/JG1T8#selection-285.0-285.63 Glad I could clear that up for you.

U.S. lists Houthis as terrorists, rebels hit another US-operated ship

The part about cheap tech (and it's enhancement of asymmetric warfare) rings true. The gratuitous comments about the Welfare State and such, not so much. As for the West talking about conscription, really? Maybe if you equate the comments of a few people in the UK with the West. Otherwise, again, not so much. -
Empty allegations much. Evidence none. Mostly irrelevant As for Biden's classified documents. As you clearly don't know, this all began when Biden's people discovered some classified documents in his office at the University of Pennsylvania. They immediately reported it to the FBI. Subsequently, there were other searches at Biden's properties. None of which he attempted to impede in any way. What you don't seem to understand is that it wasn't a crime to possess these documents. But willful possession is. Lying about possessing them is also. That's what there's overwhelming evidence showing that's what Trump did.
