  1. These truckers were warned in advance. They chose to ignore the warnings.
  2. It really doesn't matter if he knew who Fuentes was or not. Trump knows that West is an avowed anti-semite.
  3. Below is a composite of all pollsters' results on the question of whether Britain was right or wrong to leave EU: https://whatukthinks.org/eu/questions/in-highsight-do-you-think-britain-was-right-or-wrong-to-vote-to-leave-the-eu/
  4. That might be a plausible explanation if you hadn't contributed your own echoes to the discourse.
  5. It's pretty clear that the Japanese would rightly disagree with that.
  6. On the basis of one search term it means exactly next to nothing.
  7. Your claim about unvaccinated truckers not being denied entry into the USA is BS "The demonstrations began in late January after the United States and Canada imposed a new rule requiring cross-border truck drivers to be fully vaccinated to enter their respective countries." https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2022/02/07/freedom-convoy-ottawa-canada-vaccine/ Except for a few folks like you and those recalcitrant truckers, I guess pretty the whole world went insane by excluding the unvaccinated from crossing their borders. Or maybe you're not reporting from Planet Earth?
  8. Did Jack Dempsey, the Manassa Mauler and former world heavyweight champion, come back from the grave to apologize for a company he had nothing to do with? Now I looked up "Jack Dorsey apologizes for growing company too quickly" via google. Page 10 of the search was still chockful of references to that.
  9. The National Review article is a typical right wing hit piece. They attribute his firing to his "war" with Desantis but offer no evidence. And the article cites a poll from the Trafalgar group which predicted a huge republican victory. Just as it predicted a Trump victory in 2020. It's very much the Republicans' favorite pollster. And the question they asked, at the behest of a right wing group, is designed not to guage public opinion but to push it with slanted questions.
  10. Right. Because it was so unusual for countries to demand that people entering their borders be vaccinated? You really want to characterize that as truckers being denied the right to work? It is to laugh.
  11. Right. He's the nutter as your highly rational post demonstrates.
  12. But there's no subterfuge in that. It's right out in the open. Mone recommended a political ally's company and secretly profited off that recommendation.
  13. Next thing you know, you'll be making claim that just because only one player uses his feet in an American football game, it should be called something else. If you ask me, because the goalie is allowed to use his hands, the rest of the world should change the name of their preeminent sport to handball.
  14. Meant to write: You think the fact that the UK is no longer a member of the EU didn't affect the levels of UK citizens working for the EU?
  15. Self defense? https://www.nrablog.com/articles/2016/8/did-you-hear-the-one-about
  16. Another B.S. claim of both-sidesism. Almost always, this kind of thing comes from the right to minimize the sins of those they support.
  17. Looks like the USA gave England just as much of a lesson as it received.
  18. You think the fact that the UK is longer a member of the EU didn't affect the levels of UK citizens working for the EU?
  19. That was on Duterte. Most Filipinos, including elected ones, weren't happy about Duterte not vigorously opposing Chinese expansionism.
  20. Mostly, you're just repeating the cliches of renewable opponents. And you're citing one special case of a solar energy facility being torn down. They are not taking many factors into consideration. It's the Ukraine war that's driving this policy. In fact, because of the Ukraine war Germany has upped the amount of renewables it's planning for the future. Stop making things up.
  21. Here's what the socialists at Fox News polling had to say about the public's attitude about taxes: Fox News Poll: Voters favor taxing the wealthy, increasing domestic spending https://www.foxnews.com/politics/fox-news-poll-voters-favor-taxing-the-wealthy-increasing-domestic-spending
  22. I agree with you about moderate Republicans. Both of them will disapprove.
