My wife, who by the way isn’t Thai, got sent by her company to handle a project in Thailand for a few months.
Simple as that.
alextrat1966 is just a username. Neither is my name Alex, nor do I live in Trat, nor was I born in 1966 ????
Yep, respect

Sure, everyone has the right not to take the vaccine. But so do business owners have the right not to let unvaccinated people enter their businesses, or fly aboard their airplanes, and so do countries have the right not to let the unvaccinated enter.
Any choice you make in life, has consequences (no matter in regards to vaccines or not). If you freely make a choice, you must manly take the consequences.
What a whole lot of rubbish. especially now with the Omicron variant. People who have a vaccine dont have to be scared. And the amount of hospitalised not exploding and the impact of this variant is getting back to the level of a flu.

Never give up mate. The lower the dips the more you appreciate the good times. I reconize a part of your story. Had the same feelings about 5 years ago. To much Sj!t to much pain. But something in me made me to go on and try to get back on top of it. Im getting there. But i know that once im on top again it will be beautiful and fun. Its an mental investment and the returns will come. So please try to go for it. It will happen.

Get the jab and get us out of this mess. Or stay home.
Your posting misinformation: If its information that you dont want to read/hear its maybe misinformation for you but its already proven that the the vaccine losing its power dramaticly after a few months. No matter which one.
Get the jab and get us out of this mess. Or stay home.:
Non of the above. Get a life.

It's a ridiculous policy. I did a lot of travel last year and in the 10 countries or so I visited, only a PCR test before departure was required. If that. A few had NO requirements if you were fully vaccinated.
Time for Thailand to wake up and open the doors to fully vaccinated tourists.
Even the rule of being vaccinated can be dropped as we know that the vaccine only works for about 4/5 months. Or they have to adjust the rule into "vaccinated not longer then 4 months ago". Wonder when we will see that vaccination is also not one of the requirements anymore.

Youre not buying anything for it now but in a country where rules are changing "so now and then" it is better to take a bit more time if its concerning your Visa. Anyway, im sure some agent can help you. The only thing that is against you now is time. Good luck mate and go for it.

Thailand really needs to address the issue of the critical level of Immature Thai males having no grasp on reality.
this piece of sh$t needs to be executed
I think this problem starts when the man is a little boy. The are treated here like a litlle prince and dont have to do anything. Responsibility is not something that they grow up with. That is something for the girls who still be seen as 2nd rank persons. Sad.

I do like these guys. Once i was stopt by one of them for driving my scooter without wearing a helmet. He asked me if i want to go to the police station or pay the fine immidiatly. I asked him....how much is it? 300 baht. So i said " then we dont have to negotiate and i gave him the 300 baht. He gave me the Wai and said "Sir, you are a nice person". How can you say that the police is not nice and isnt doing his job???

Which would be excellent. There will be no more Corona.

Is that the figure? 800 million more in poverty? Also the ruination of businesses and people that fund our societies - that is also a staggering figure.
Yep and the craziness continues.

Terrified of a wiry flu type virus with 99% recovery rate (We can all hope in vain for a similarly high recovery rate in so many of the other more serious medical conditions that will undoubtedly carry most of us off) yet unconcerned by poverty in the demographics that don't matter to the wealthy in power. Unconcerned by the young missing education and the hard working being ruined.
As you say, sad and insane.
An extra 800 million in poverty ww. Way to go with those rules and selling some shots.
