  1. Something doesn't sit right about this story as many have already commented. All of that for a couple of E's ??? Theres a full moon party every month down there with thousands of people dropping them like smarties and enjoying themseves, so the local police are no strangers to finding people in possesion of a few pills. Theres definately more to this story.
  2. Serial whiner. Srisuwan Janya, get a life !
  3. Two birds with one stone... Please the Chinese puppet master and get handsomely rewarded for accepting an alternative, contrary to the original contract
  4. Very true. After being infected don't think your antibodies will protect you, the next infection could be a different strain and that is when you are likely to suffer much worse effects than the initial infection. I caught it in Kanchanaburi on a golf trip, i also know two other people who caught it there. Never bothered with repellant before as i very rarely got bitten but after being warned how dangerous a second infection of a different strain can be i now use OFF at dusk
  5. The article reminded me of the unfinished overpasses on the railway line between Cha-Am and Hua Hin. They have been left part built with the protruding rebar ready for the next concrete pour exposed to the elements for around three years. I bet that's not in the civil engineers code of practice handbook.
  6. Why do the media do this ? Today it's floods floods floods, tomorrow it's drought drought drought, Scaremongering clickbait articles in my opinion.
  7. You see the fear of negative rating reprisals on Lazada all the time. Before knowing what I now know, when looking at products I would always check the seller/product ratings, 5 stars out of 5, they/it must be good I would think. Then a dodgy product would arrive. "How is this possible, I checked the ratings" I would say to my girlfriend. Not being able to read Thai was my downfall. Showing my girlfriend the reviews, it became apparent that even if a Thai gets ripped off or is unhappy with service or product quality, they always give 5 stars but then go on to explain that the product was useless or damaged during transit etc. Strange but true, at first glance the seller is great and so is the product, dig deeper and the seller is useless and so is the product. My fault I know, but how weird is it to give top marks when you're not happy. I always let the boss check the product reviews before buying now.
  8. Well done for spotting the health risk this posed to the gentleman but.....a four year old with bad eyesight could have worked out there was something wrong with him
  9. Joking aside.....it wouldn't surprise me if he tested positive for Yaba or Amphetamine
  10. I'm suspicious, does he know something we don't ?
  11. Some good points being discussed. Although i do believe the industry needs to be reigned in because it's a free for all at the moment, i would like to see more done to combat alcohol and Yaba abuse. Every day we read about the carnage on the roads from drunk drivers and Yaba users falling asleep after being awake for extended periods. It is not just on the roads, the sensless murders that seem to be reported daily are probably due in part to alcohol and Meth abuse. Prolonged use of Yaba (crazy medicine in Thai) messes with the brain inducing severe paranioa which combined with fragile Thai psyche is a dangerous combination. I'm not knocking alcohol or weed, i use both in moderation.
  12. Well said. Won't be long before there is no one left to see the troll posts.
  13. Fragile attention seekers in my opinion. Doing more harm to their cause than good with all these claims of persecution and shouting at the top of their voices. We get it, give it a rest.
  14. Hopefully the Thai workforce get paid a decent wage instead of the peanuts they normally have to work for.
