There are standards for police use of force. So, what's your point?

Google is your friend: https://apnews.com/article/jan-6-capitol-riot-gun-arrest-6c626e624d0025b1e14eb9a1c22a1730 This is basic stuff you should know.

Even @Yellowtailknows better than to disagree that guns were brought to the insurrection. He tried that one before, and it ended badly. His last take was "nobody who was arrested inside the Capitol had a gun on them".

Nope. But the penalty shouldn't be death. On the other hand, passing classified documents to the enemy is a much more serious crime.

Concourse, not terminal.

Why the hush money case against Donald Trump is on shaky ground
Danderman123 replied to Social Media's topic in World News
You do understand that Trump's accountants labeled payments to Cohen for his legal services, and not expense reimbursement....? If I get an invoice from an attorney, I pay the billed charges, even if the invoice contains copying charges or other expenses. I don't know any reason to "gross up" an invoice from an attorney. -
Why the hush money case against Donald Trump is on shaky ground

I don't disagree. It was one of your MAGA friends who asked the question. But, no, I don't keep an attorney on retainer. I did retain services of an attorney, but never grossed up their invoices. -

NY judge issues gag order on Trump in hush money trial
Danderman123 replied to Social Media's topic in World News
The gag order expires when the trial concludes. If Trump is acquitted, he is free to attack the witnesses. But, if there is a mistrial, is the gag order still in place? Or if Trump is convicted, but he appeals? -

Your comments seem very confused. Anyway, the point is that it's not standard practice to gross up an invoice for legal services. Which is what Trump did for Cohen's invoices for legal services. -
George Floyd was killed for passing counterfeit money. Apparently that is worthy of the death penalty, per MAGA types.

Your standard MO is to chop up a crime into discrete actions and then arguing that since the individual actions in themselves were not crimes, then the entirety wasn't really a crime: "Your honor, Mr. Dahmer is accused of using a knife to kill his victims. He invited people to his house. Where is it illegal to invite people to your house? Where is it illegal to buy a knife? He gave people sleeping pills. Where is that illegal?"
