None of the convictions were for pot smoking, since marijuana smoking had been decriminalized when she was a prosecutor. Her job as prosecutor was to convict drug dealers. You don't seem to understand that simple concept.

The party platform is typically the basis of the governing policy if the party wins the election. This is true of Democrats and Republicans. It seems you don't know much about this stuff.
