  1. I don't think Mandela would have described the mass rapes carried out by Hamas on 7/10, or still perpetrated on hostages in the Gaza Strip, as 'freedom fighting'. And it was Barak, not Sharon.
  2. Here's another legal analysis: As Israel faces charges at The Hague, a Cornell expert in genocide weighs in https://www.timesofisrael.com/as-israel-faces-charges-at-the-hague-a-cornell-expert-in-genocide-weighs-in/
  3. @ozimoron No, that's just one of you daft one-liners. War criminals may or may not be terrorists, that's dependent on details, circumstances and legalities. As for you tossing 'war criminals' about - already addressed numerous times.
  4. That would be you misusing yet another word. And I wasn't offering an opinion, but facts.
  5. What 'some estimates'? And are conditions similar?
  6. Hamas. People get killed in wars. That doesn't make wars acts of terrorism.
  7. @ozimoron In case you missed it, the case was not even heard, let alone decided. You state things as facts, where in reality they are your opinion.
  8. Both of you toss 'war criminals', 'war crimes' about as if these are decided things. They are not.
  9. I was questioning your choice of word. How is Netanyahu a 'tyrant'? He was elected, and is very dependent on problematic political partners/rivals. As for your new choice of word - 'warmongering'? How? Was it Netanyahu that started the 7/10 attack? Or do you think any country would refrain from a strong reaction to something like that? Also, considering his policy until then was to basically pay off Hamas, that doesn't quite fit either. He's many bad things - but you're all over the place.
  10. Not missing any point. It is neither possible, nor (in my experience) that high on Muslim's bucket lists (other than in times of war, and with government propaganda pushing things along). By your rationale, every Israeli/Jew going to a Muslim country is basically committing suicide. Reality is different.
  11. Gaza hostage: 'Hamas terrorist touched, tortured female soldier beside me' https://www.jpost.com/israel-hamas-war/article-781414 WATCH: Released Gaza hostage recounts seeing other hostages tortured, sexually abused https://www.timesofisrael.com/liveblog_entry/watch-released-gaza-hostage-recounts-seeing-other-hostages-tortured-sexually-abused/ She's originally from South Africa, by the way....
  12. Another one bites the dust... Hezbollah’s drone chief in southern Lebanon killed in reported Israeli strike https://www.timesofisrael.com/liveblog_entry/hezbollahs-drone-chief-in-southern-lebanon-killed-in-reported-israeli-strike/
  13. @billd766 Sometimes the point of a response is not to change the poster's mind, that's obviously not going to happen with some people. But countering falsehoods, misleading comments, outright lies, exaggerations and so on? That's totally on.
  14. @billd766 So there's no such thing as reality? No facts? Didn't take you for a nihilist.
  15. It was posted 5 days ago. It's not the first interview with this lawyer. It's not his first time getting involved with such things. Nothing in the interview is new, groundbreaking or anything of the sort. It's just an echo-chamber effort. Where did I deny 'any wrongdoing in Gaza by Israel'? As for 'war crimes', and 'genocide' - it's been pointed out, repeatedly, that tossing these terms about does not actually make them real. I get attacked, constantly, by people who disagree with me. Including yourself. Must of thought you got a point there, eh?
  16. Top Russian Airborne Officer Killed in Ukraine: Reports https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other/top-russian-airborne-officer-killed-in-ukraine-reports/ar-AA1mEYj2
  17. A anti-Israeli poster linking a clip from an anti-Israeli reporter who interviews an anti-Israel, anti-Zionist lawyer. About as balanced as can be expected. Essentially, nothing new there that wasn't covered in the many links and comments so far.
  18. Basically, you construe imaginary arguments, and then 'win' them. I offer that I'm not interested in your nonsense, 'debate' style and petty argumentative way of engaging people.
  19. Care to pay attention to what's posted? (a) Already have, these topic have been running for a while now, and the same things come up over and over again. (b) That's your pet 'issue', which you push hard. Like others, not much interested in your contrived arguments and 'debate' style.
