  3. Yes, since you have the 13 digit Pink ID card for foreigners, the same 13 digits on the card will be your new TIN. They will copy your address from your Yellow House Book
  4. The 10 digit TIN is no longer valid. They now have a 13 digit TIN issued to all foreigners, Thais use their Thai ID card. You will have to apply for a fresh 13 digit TIN at your nearest Revenue Office Passport + address certificate from Immigration will be required

  11. @Dan O Police Regulations , TM30 in the case where a foreigner returns to the same address were published in the Royal Gazette in June 2020, effective 30 June 2020 Summary here - http://www.ratchakitcha.soc.go.th/DATA/PDF/2563/E/141/T_0001.PDF What this means is that having once filed a TM30, if the foreigner temporarily stays elsewhere, but returns to his registered place of residence within the validity of his current permission of stay, or a valid multiple entry visa or a re entry permit and returns to his already registered place of permanent residence, then there is no requirement to file a further TM30.   15. Its not valid in Thailand, since they are not a member of the "Hague Convention" You will have to make a will at your nearest District Office (Amphur/Khet)
