    I swim naked and like to lounge by the pool drink wine. I do put on an apron though when Iam using the BBQ..... hot oil spatter on me bits gets a tad ordinary.

    IMHO you will get better finance deals on a new car. For instance, Ford currently has a deal on New Rangers, 1.99% interest with 25% deposit over 48 months. Tisco (Ford) does do finance for foreigners (no Thai guarantor) but want to see 6 months of salary slips.

    Those authorities that inspected it and signed it off as a restaurant ? Pro-tip.... restaurants typically and not line with sound deadening insulation.... I reckon that was added later.

    Many companies the staff are union members and the unions typically push (and get) 5 day weeks under an EBA.

    Per Thailand Labour Laws an employer is only required to provide 13 paid public holidays per year. highly doubt any non government business allows many more than the stipulated 13.

    The place was "built" as a restaurant. Highly doubt any architect or inspector know anything about soundproofing that was likely added at a later date.

    Does the "new" owner have to visit the LTD to complete the transfer ? This is what the OP wants to avoid as the "new" owner is busy and a day at the LTD is an inconvenience to her.
