    Unless you are using an app like whattsapp then it being 4G doesn't matter. Voice calls work on a different system. More than likely it is just poor reception, due to handset/location and poor maintenance of the voice network due to lack of use and near end of life. Most people now use apps over Data to make calls.

    Thai Oil earlier claimed that the oil spill was under control, Suraswadi said the spilt oil, expected to wash ashore to the south of Kangkao Island and Udom bay on September 7 and Loy Island, off Sriracha district, on September 8.The oil is expected to reach Bangsan beach on September 10. It's obviously not under control if they cannot prevent it from coming ashore on future dates.

    Going off topic a bit, but another story from back in the day regarding metal in the body. There is an old legend regarding royalty having "Blue Blood". This came from the fact that many members of Royal families and the Aristocracy had a blue tinge to their skin. It was discovered that it was caused by Silver. Many of the wealthy used silver dishes and cutlery. It is a Precious metal, so it didn't cause any harm.

    I doubt that there is any police force in the world that assigns a police officer to every Repo operation. Repo is a civil matter, not criminal.
