Depends what city. Oz is 70% bogan. Many racists who dont like asians. They hate Chinese more than Thai though. Sydney and Melb have heaps of nightlife but expensive. Most Thais work in factories or restaurants or massage shops. Not viewed as hookers but lots of Oz people are arrogant bigots unless been to Asia. I think Brisbane and Gold Coast suit Thais. Similar weather to Phuket. Not as big and expensive as Melb and Sydney. Perth is a nice city too but isolated. If she doesnt speak English the first 6 months be hard anywhere. As for guys hitting on her depends if 8/10 and above. If below no. Most 18yo guys like white girls. Most 18yo guys are racist. If she has a Thai friend in Oz be best to live with her.

Only milk, vitamins, cold weather fruits and things like sunscreen are cheaper in Oz. Most other things are expensive. Room rent is $160 per week i should say. Might get cheaper if dump or share room. Lots of Thais there. You could eat cheap if 2 minute noodles, not much meat, apples and bananas. Mobile ph plans $45 a month with internet. I would say you need $350 per week (8400 baht) minimum plus education costs plus insurance.
