They have newer version. I'm not sure if it's the same protocall. -

Quote at the new "Prince" hospital in Sakon Nakhon. In Bangkok it's under 4,000 at Mahidol. -

Good reading. Unfortunately Dengue is pretty widespread in our area of the Northeast. Prices in the article are much better what we were quoted in Sakon Nakhon. I'll probably make an appointment next time I'm in Bangkok. Thanks. -

Be great if Thailand could subsidise the dengue vaccine. At 5,000-6,000 (baht)a shot it's out of reach for most people in Thailand. -

Crazy high prices! There's a reason why Thailand will never be the "medical hub" of Southeast Asia. Over priced hospitals is one of them. -
Good to know. Thanks

Terrible during the smoky season Probably good idea to wear a mask. I don't. It's practically impossible with 36-42 Celsius temps. Like you said, it's everywhere. You can't escape it with Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, etc burning more than even Thailand. Your surrounded by bad actors.

It's your imagination. Perhaps get a hobby and stop fretting about what other people do to protect themselves against deadly viruses.

Thailand’s 2 billion baht electricity subsidy for 17.7 million households
MrJ2U replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
What's your bill usually, just curious. We're hitting up to 7,000 a month. Depends on the whim of the people picking the prices or FT charges (scam). Pool, aircons, TV, s, etc. -
Definitely not pet material.

I had these ceiling covers installed so I could access the attic space from every room. I put sticky rat traps sprinkled with uncooked fragrant sticky rice and poison pellets. Usually catch them in a few days. Make sure your mother in law isn't leaving BBQ rat or discarded food anywhere as to attract these vermin. Lots of rats after the rainy season and rice harvest.

A few lights, fan, tv. A little better than cave dwelling. But that's who can be easily bought off to support these <deleted> up governments. -
COVID-19 infections rising, public advised to wear face masks

You don't get bubonic plague through the air like COVID. It's transmitted by infected fleas or animals. "By animal or insect bites or stings" Bubonic plague https://g.co/kgs/73zjt8 Good thing your not an health official but just a drama queen. -

Tough living an arm's length to your neighbor. That said I'm planning buying a condo in Hua Hin or Pattaya to escape Issan every few months. -
Google, Microsoft, and Tesla Have Never Negotiated Electricity Price
MrJ2U replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
They will. Green or not, the Thai energy prices fluctuate on a whim. Prices are going up after January again because speculation that gas prices will increase despite prices dropping. Also the government has a deal with the Myanmar Junta, buying natural gas at highly inflated prices. -
Living like a king. If your living alone why not get a sweet ocean front condo! If I had the dosh, no children, no wife, that's what would do. Enjoy!

Only people complaining are the typical conservatives who are absolutely in the minority. Mostly old women and aged men married to old women. Bring on the scantily clad and climb out of this dreadful regime style conservatism that's been dragging this country down for the last 10 years! -
Pool maintenance cost

Get a variable speed pump. It will save up to 60% on electricity. Variable speed Pump is about 1200 baht a month, 10 hours a day. Salt Chlorinator helps. -
