  1. What are the terms... We don't cover any accidents FFS!!! Read them, FFS, then you'll know, no one is forced to buy policies that do not suit them!
  2. The crap salary is obviously commensurate with the ability to do a crap job.
  3. So based on her having no track record, at all, and having provided the voters with no information, whatsoever, about how she would have run the country, you think that she wouldn't have done a bad job? How could anyone rationally suggest that?
  4. Using your (irrational) 'logic', if the 100% useless Harris had won I hope you'd have been saying that almost half of our fellow citizens had been conned by her.
  5. When did he show "bare arms" and what's the relevance?
  6. Sometimes it doesn't take too much to snap. This time it took a missing chicken and a stolen licence plate and a threat to shoot him and turning up at the suspects house with more threats. Enough to make most people snap.
  7. Please read what I posted again. Spaghetti....peck........eating??? Exactly, spaghetti does not peck, nor eat. Please re-read what you posted originally in which your comment clearly suggested that you thought the glass was in the chicken. It was in the spaghetti.
  8. Times sure have "changed". "People" didn't "use quotes" "arbitrarily and randomly" back "then". Yes, it's amazing how many don't know the use of italics when just emphasis, not a suggested different meaning, is intended!
  9. Yes, it's true and I believe that the same old loathsome slags are there.
  10. Your assertion regarding what you think my opinion of the Thai laws should be is incorrect and your characterisation of my factual comments as "arguing for argument's sake" is equally fatuous. I've read the laws regarding defamation and have posted them here, I have no issue with them, the laws cover protection for legitimate complaints/issues/comments.
  11. It reduces by a certain amount for every day that one spends in the immigration monkey-house. What makes you think that to be the case...urban myth? Producing an airline ticket is also needed in order to be released (to be deported) and time inside sure doesn't pay for that!
  12. Specifically, you're posting an opinion, not stating facts. By the way, posting "end of" doesn't make you right!
  13. Don't let your opinion get in the way of facts. He didn't!
  14. You're right, precedence does exist and your quote so conveniently confirms the exceptions...he was acquitted of all charges on appeal!
  15. Then why has the chain not been named ????.... The answer is a simple one - all those concerned and reporting on this issue are aware they could face charges when making a public comment which names the chain. Yes, the answer is simple...there are exceptions, laid out in the Criminal Code, that exclude certain circumstances from criminal penalty.
  16. Not so... "Criminal Code, Section 330. Truth as a Defense In case of defamation, if the person prosecuted for defamation can prove that the imputation made by him is true, he shall not be punished. But he shall not be allowed to prove if such imputation concerns personal matters, and such proof will not be benefit to the public". Section 329. Good Faith Statement A person, in good faith, expresses any opinion or a statement: 1. By way of self-justification or defense, or for the protection of a legitimate interest; 2. In the status of being an official in the exercise of his functions; 3. By way of fair comment on any person or thing subjected to public criticism; or 4. By way of fair report of the open proceeding of any Court or meeting shall not be guilty of defamation.
  17. You think that restaurants should charge at their cost price? Where do you get the food that your wife prepares - somewhere that doesn't make a profit?
  18. Raw chicken? Why did you eat it and not return it?
