  1. All convicts can decide who they accept visits from and MPs do not have the right to inspect him in his accommodation without his agreement, or force their presence on him, whether he is in hospital or in Klong Prem.
  2. And, if you were ill enough, you'd be hospitalised, also.
  3. No one is allowed to visit him without his agreement...that's what it is, exactly the same as for anyone else in hospital (or prison).
  4. Laughable. It is no more "laughable" than his refusing to see unwanted visitors if he was still in prison, both are his legal privilege.
  5. The "dreariness and vulgarity" is only there if you seek out the dreary and vulgar places. If you don't, you'll never see it.
  6. Just as there is an awful lot more to Bangkok than Nana, there's an awful lot more to Pattaya than what's in your mind.
  7. No, they don't. As long as you keep topping up the credit the validity will be extended. If there's credit on the card when it expires you will lose it unless you're quick to get on to AIS who may reinstate it and save your balance. You could contact AIS's perfect English-speaking call centre and get it from the horse's mouth. 1175.
  8. Where do you think that a sunken boat, 15km offshore, normally ends up?
  9. Perhaps it was nothing to do with maintenance but more to do with the 3m high waves that caused water to enter the boat and damage the pumps as has been reported.
  10. To me a Private, Unlicensed taxi is the taxi you get, when you order a "Just Grab" or a Bolt etc and the Taxi is not "Colored" Has no Taxi sign on the roof, does not have the license registration number plate painted on the side of the car, They do not have a yellow metal badge inside the car stating License plate number in both and English, and they have a white licence plate in stead of a yellow Taxi one and the there is no sign of the drivers yellow "Taxi driving permit" Grab (cars or taxis), along with Bolt cars are licenced ride hailing operators regardless of the colour of the plate, signs on the roofs, etc.
  11. Look up the definition of "circumvent" Lou I know what "circumvent" means and I see that you are still suggesting that those foreigners using that agency were "criminal foreigners". Perhaps you should check the meaning of the word "criminal" in this context and, at the same time, check whether the use of an agent by a foreigner to expedite a legitimate visa/extension is a crime.
  12. Yes. Huawei ear buds. You won't get them for B800, though, you get what you pay for.
  13. No, agent-assisted visas/extensions, issued by IOs, are not illegal extensions.
  14. I never said it was You clearly implied that it is a crime as none of those foreigners in the OP were alleged to be criminals.
  15. No, you're not, you're absolutely right. "Reached out", so pathetic and desperate-sounding.
  16. It's a pity you're not "spot on". It is not a crime for a foreigner to use the services of a visa agent.
