Are you on the latest version of the K-Plus app? It was updated on April 25. Version 5.18.3 The app updated to .3 this morning and I received the notification of the cardless-to-BBL facility also.

It's possible apps don't get updates if you don't have the Thai playstore as the default. I switch between UK and Thai. I had 5 thai apps pending update from April Coincidence, got the K+ "cardless to BBL" notification and the update this morning.

That's been the process for years and is official. The receipt is supposed to be to prevent the driver being done twice for the same offence but only for that day...it can't be used for ever.
