You're assuming that the "new cars" you see them arriving in are paid for and not one of their debts causing them to have charge people for wanting to use their beach chairs on that part of the beach that they have to pay for. Why would anyone assume that a beach chair business would offer free beach chair occupancy for longer than it takes to swig a few mls of coconut juice? The vendors have very specific areas in which their chairs and tables are allowed to be, why should you think that you can rearrange their tables into public or another vendors space?

No, the driver lost control of the vehicle. No, the bike rider caused the car's driver to lose control, as he admitted in the OP.

Or, in actual fact, the bike moved into the path of the car, as the rider stated, causing the driver to lose control and to hit the parked vehicle, as clearly reported in the OP. It is utterly astonishing how many posters cannot read OPs.

Or you could read the OP and see what the witness, i.e. the bike rider who swerved into the path of the car, said actually happened.
