  1. Perhaps it was moved on to the patch of the neighbouring vendor.
  2. The OP reports the accident as happening "in the early hours", the police were reported as being notified at 7am so it's not safe to assume that it happened in daylight hours. Police do not always attend traffic accidents and there were no police in the pictures.
  3. So the usual price is B100 for a beach chair, table and umbrella, all day, no limit, yes?
  4. Yes. Or pay to relax in the vendors chair that she makes a living from.
  5. You're assuming that the "new cars" you see them arriving in are paid for and not one of their debts causing them to have charge people for wanting to use their beach chairs on that part of the beach that they have to pay for. Why would anyone assume that a beach chair business would offer free beach chair occupancy for longer than it takes to swig a few mls of coconut juice? The vendors have very specific areas in which their chairs and tables are allowed to be, why should you think that you can rearrange their tables into public or another vendors space?
  6. It was the early hours of the morning, dark and raining (judging from the road), perhaps that's why he didn't see the cones...if they were obvious, of course. For God's sake, don't blame the bike rider who admitted his part in the accident!
  7. Unbelievable nonsense, there is no ban on smoking tobacco-related products or from using or buying alcohol.
  8. Word from the, rather clear, OP... "...the authorities begin the investigation as to who was behind it, reported Daily News".
  9. This part of the OP is sort of relevant, albeit not fitting the usual agenda of the usual Thaivisa suspects... "Phromdee, 57, a motorcycle taxi rider, said he had been in the left lane and moved slightly right to avoid cones. He was struck by the Swift and came off injuring his wrist. The car lost control and plowed into the back of the parked vehicle".
  10. Or read what actually happened, as reported in the OP and then take your pick of reality or speculation!
  11. No, the driver lost control of the vehicle. No, the bike rider caused the car's driver to lose control, as he admitted in the OP.
  12. Or, in actual fact, the bike moved into the path of the car, as the rider stated, causing the driver to lose control and to hit the parked vehicle, as clearly reported in the OP. It is utterly astonishing how many posters cannot read OPs.
  13. Or you could read the OP and see what the witness, i.e. the bike rider who swerved into the path of the car, said actually happened.
  14. Well, based on the first sentence of your comment, you cannot trust yourself.
  15. Maybe she didn't, she was beginner so perhaps she was a bad shot and was aiming elsewhere.
  16. From the OP... "I have some silver i want to melt down to bulions . ." Perhaps he wants it melted down into bullion?
  17. Or leave it with them "for repair"...permanently.
