Takes you a couple of minutes to do it yourself and a lot longer for the provider to do it. I don't doubt your sincerity, of course, but those of us who know next to nothing about computers may be wary of an anonymous forum poster telling them weird stuff to type into their computer. I know that the girl on the end of the phone at True won't be hacking my banking information, for example, and it takes a couple of minutes to do.
