I won't speculate but the key word is 'injury'.

Well if that is true, so much for all the informed opinions on here that, if you want to sue WrLife, you have to travel to or be represented in Nevis & St. Kitts.

I am licensed but low experience pilot -- this is a guess: If the helicopter was being flown by experienced Army pilots and had been cleared on a standard route by control with a maximum ceiling of 200 feet, it will not be (my word) a 'priority' to assure that the helicopter maintains the cleared ceiling elevation.

Headline from NY Times 28 minutes ago: Live Updates: Helicopter May Have Deviated From Approved Path Before Deadly Crash The Army Black Hawk is said to have been flying higher than it should have been when it collided with a passenger jet, killing 67 people. And the air traffic controller on duty was doing a job usually handled by two people.

"The FAA diversity push includes focus on hiring people with severe intellectual and psychiatric disabilities. That is amazing," Trump said, claiming the FAA wanted people "with severe disabilities, the most underrepresented segment of the workforce, and they want them in and they want them - they can be air traffic controllers." Asked how he could blame diversity, equity and inclusion hiring for the crash without yet knowing who was at fault, Trump said, "because I have common sense." https://www.reuters.com/world/us/trump-takes-aim-without-evidence-diversity-policies-over-midair-collision-2025-01-30/

The move comes after the order sparked widespread criticism and confusion. A federal district judge had temporarily paused the freeze. WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump's administration on Wednesday rescinded an order putting a widespread freeze on most federal grants and loans amid significant criticism, according to a new White House memo a source provided to NBC News. A senior administration official confirmed the rescission Wednesday, which was ordered by the Office of Management and Budget. (from AP) But Democrats said the White House had overreached beyond what Americans want. “Most people voted for cheaper eggs,” said Sen. Martin Heinrich of New Mexico. “They did not vote for this chaos.” https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/trump-administration-rescinds-order-attempting-freeze-federal-aid-spen-rcna189852

From the transcript VP nominee debate between now-VP Vance and Tim Walz: NO'D Would you again seek to challenge this year's election results, even if every Governor certifies the results? I'll give you two minutes. JDV: Well, Norah, first of all, I think that we're focused on the future. ********** TW I would just ask that. Did he lose the 2020 election? JDV: Tim, I'm focused on the future. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/full-vp-debate-transcript-walz-vance-2024/ -- Some of you guys on here should try it.

There are certain queer times and occasions in this strange mixed affair we call life when a man takes this whole universe for a vast practical joke, though the wit thereof he but dimly discerns, and more than suspects that the joke is at nobody’s expense but his own. What to Know About Stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Can stage 3 kidney disease be reversed? The goal of CKD stage 3 treatment is to prevent further progression. There’s no cure for any stage of CKD, and you can’t reverse kidney damage. However, further damage can still be minimized if you’re at stage 3. It’s more difficult to prevent progression in stages 4 and 5. https://www.healthline.com/health/stage-3-kidney-disease#reversal

Per NBC link above: “First of all, you got to fire the chairman of the Joint Chiefs. Any general that was involved, general, admiral, whatever, that was involved in any of the DEI woke s--- has got to go,” Hegseth said on the “Shawn Ryan Show,” a podcast whose host describes himself as a former Navy SEAL and CIA contractor. Hegseth said people should be in the military for warfighting and “that’s the only litmus test we care about.”

stay tuned.

One inkling of that may be how well Secretary Hegseth gets along with the current -- and almost fired -- Chairman Brown JCS: "On a podcast last month, Hegseth said Brown needed to be fired. Yes. And "A stitch in time saves nine."

Yes again -- and maybe at that point President Truman thought defense should be the priority to war.

Yes -- the Democrat who dropped the bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

From the WSJ: Updated 10 days ago What Are the Financial-Mismanagement Allegations Surrounding Hegseth? Pete Hegseth has been accused of financial mismanagement while leading two small nonprofit organizations from 2008 to 2016. Revenues at Veterans for Freedom plunged during Hegseth’s tenure, from $8.7 million in 2008 to $265,000 in 2010. Hegseth then took a leadership role at Concerned Veterans for America; tax filings show that the nonprofit spent more money than it raised from donations and other avenues during three of the five years he led the nonprofit. Hegseth has denied wrongdoing. In December, he suggested that a 2016 whistleblower report that in part accused him of financial mismanagement was nothing more than an email from a disgruntled employee. https://www.wsj.com/livecoverage/pete-hegseth-confirmation-hearing/card/what-are-the-financial-mismanagement-allegations-surrounding-hegseth
