  1. Gut feelings from James Carville who has actually run and won a presidential campaign (also as OP re-told from NY Times): Carville lists 3 reasons why he thinks Harris will win 10/23/24 7:58 AM ET “The biggest reason Mr. Trump will lose is that the whole Republican Party has been on a losing streak since Mr. Trump took it over,” he wrote in an essay published Wednesday by The New York Times. The veteran Democratic adviser also noted that the Harris’s campaign’s fundraising advantage will likely play a huge part in turning out swing-state voters, particularly suburban women. The Democratic nominee’s campaign raised almost $360 million in September and more than $1 billion since joining the White House race in late July — after President Biden stepped aside. https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/4948471-james-carville-kamala-harris-victory-2024-reasons-why/
  2. No -- just someone who has had an exposure to re-insurance and captive markets that doesn't ever get discussed on here. My main reason for commenting is that, going back 2+ years, there were queries of anyone who has had claims paid by WrLife. While I would have preferred saying nothing, I decided to do otherwise.
  3. You haven't said anything 'useful' that Ms. Sheryl And K.Shrdlu hasn't said 2 years ago.
  4. You talk about 'going after' the individual -- what are you going to do, bust his knees? Personally, I took out their policy after being insured by BUPA Thailand /pre-Aetna and Cigna Global, when I had few other options -- and I made sure I had another option if they didn't come through -- but so far, due to the luick of the Irish, they have twice And the words that you use which I will not repeat is why I consider your efforts disingenuous.
  5. BS you're in full time attack mode as indicated by your chosen vocabulary
  6. So why don;'t you just go after the guy and leave me and others on here out of it.
  7. I'll answer what I want to answer and leave the critiques to others At least so far for me it has made a lot of sense. You are presuming there is one underwriter consistent for the entire policy term. I don't make that assumption.
  8. I think those comparisons are perfectly valid. 7. You will not post defamatory or libelous comments. Defamation is the issuance of a statement about another person or business which causes that person or business to suffer harm or loss. A statement does not have to be false to be defamatory
  9. As of now I don't know for sure -- the policy doc when my policy was issued does not contain the word "degenerative". But this topic gave you another chance to list Shrdlu's greatest hits as to what an insurance company SHOULD do but this one doesn't. There can be reasonable critiques of this company and how they do business -- invoking the ghost of Bernie Madoff and that Italian guy from Boston isn't one of them.
  10. Well, that certainly clears things up, doesn't it? Maybe overly cryptic but sounds like he's saying the new degenerative illnesses policy is not retroactive to existing policies. But no worries -- you and your compatriot may still have "the proof to go after the individual behind the company."
  11. Maybe they never thought of that.
  12. You guys are a bunch of pikers compared to these folks: Need 30 testimonials for Class Action Some WRLife current or ex-clients us to defend them, check their options shifting to an alternative reliable insurer. Some WRLife victims are ready to testify and show evidence of their prejudice. If we can gather 30 plaintiffs a class action can be started with insurance specialists lawyers
  13. Great. Never been to Nevis. Will be a nice place to visit when it's time to sue. But I have spent time on Bermuda.
  14. This is the current policy document: https://www.wrlife.net/documents/WRLIFE POLICY ENGLISH.pdf
  15. REDUX: Posted September 1, 2022 jerrymahoney As with every other time you have asked this question, NO.
  16. I don't use Facebook but as on AN/TV there have been multiple topics to wit 'If I don't tell the insurer about my pre-existing conditions, how can they find out?' so that claim denials as I have read many of them are no surprise.
  17. As with the reference to Madoff above, I think we are dealing with someone with a Harry Markopolos-complex as maybe HE can be the one to bring down WrLife: Asked how long it took (Markopolos) to figure out something was wrong, Markopolos said, "It took me five minutes to know that it was a fraud. It took me another almost four hours of mathematical modeling to prove that it was a fraud. " https://www.cbsnews.com/news/the-man-who-figured-out-madoffs-scheme-27-02-2009/
  18. Thanks. But I have a life insurance plan with a health rider in my plan B. Meanwhile, as the self-insurance contingent likes to say: I am way ahead.
  19. Look it's 2 weeks until either Mr. Trump or Ms. Harris is elected President. I prefer Ms. Harris but preparing myself for the eventuality it isn't but I'm trying to avoid that nonsense. In the meantime, I'll just deal with your nonsense. At least for me, the company has paid out claims that will take them 5 more years to break even. What others do is their business.
  20. I would say yes. He got appendicitis. The company paid 'cause he had the company insurance. They don't seem to be going to any lengths to hide anyting. If someone wanted to a hard core investigative research on the 5* TrustPilot reviews, they would do a Google search on EVERYBODY.
  21. Never heard of him until your reference.
  22. And a quick search on M. Ollivier comes up with this: https://www.moorestephens.com/people/manuel-ollivier
  23. So tell him he should start the topic.
  24. yes and he received a reply.
  25. Well you may be disappointed because -- at least as per customers who are members on here -- as best I can remember there hasn't been any claim rejections.
