    It's about time they remember the farangs. We all knew that prioritizing Indian and Chinese tourism was ruinous because they don't spend. Only Westerners go there in a "two-week millionaire" mode, spending lavishly. Now the Chinese have ignored them, and Indians sleep on the beach. They only go to Indian clubs, Indian restaurants, or directly to 7/11. Ruinous. If you look at the bars and restaurants, the only foreign customers are Westerners.

    The same thing seems to be happening everywhere this year. Even in southern Spain, it rained a lot in March this year. My Thai wife was amazed to see everything green, when it's usually already dry and brown by this time.

    Personally, I think Koh Samet is closer, has better beaches, is quieter (it's all a natural park), and still has a zone of nightlife and restaurants if you're looking for some fun. A good destination for couples.

    Yes. There are public restrooms and various restaurants, shops, and cafes. It's a good place to rest halfway, use the restroom, and have a drink. The problem is that it's usually crowded and parking is difficult.

    You live in Pattaya, but are you surprised to see a foreigner on Beach Road at 4 a.m.? You must not go out much at night. Beach Road is packed with people at 4 a.m.
