This would be the best decision you could possibly make. Mint is fine, I guess, if you prefer that flavor. However, my heart belongs to OpenSUSE 15.6, and the lizard. Either way is good, as long as it's Linux. You will not be sorry for dumping Windows. I dumped Windows, completely, several months ago. Best decision I have made during the past 5 years. Years ago, I used Linux, exclusively, and only installed Windows for a specific purpose. Now, there seems to be no reason not to use OpenSUSE. I am still extremely happy with it. In fact, it just gets better...and....BETTER.

YES! A landslide, as I say... But, the real culpability for this debacle lies with the Democrats. Mostly, this is about transformation of the culture of the changing majority in the US. We have been watching this day approach for decades... Nothing new to see, really...is there?

I just hope that nobody will, once again, unfairly blame Trump for the shattering of the moral-fabric of America's Middle Class, nor the past 2.5 decades of increasing public nudity, not to mention the rampant objectification of women which we have seen, mainly resulting from America's deep dive into the hazards of Social Media. Trump is just too easy a scapegoat for the unthinking. Put the blame where the blame belongs, which is with the failure of the family in America, as well as the loss of proper direction in America's public schools. We know where the blame belongs. Yet, it's just too easy for some to point the finger at Trump.

Trump's Final Victory is the culmination of the great decline of American Culture which has been diluted and polluted to the point that it no longer exists. THIS is why we LOVE IT HERE in Asia, especially EAST Asia and SE Asia, but mosty in China. The Chinese culture is the ONLY culture that will never die. Those who have lived for 40 years in China will know that I know what I am talking about. Where is Mark Twain when we most need him? Twain would have written truthfully about what we are now witnessing in America, just as he never failed to do when he was alive. Note: Recently, I have been speaking to a few quite conservative people in America. These guys are the type who would NEVER consider leaving their homeland to become expatriates. But now, this final election is too much for them... That and the terrible Movies people are forced to watch in the US. And even these conservative guys I know are preparing to leave the US....probably ..... FOR GOOD. This is what happens when citizens of a country fail to protect the borders....so obviously. This same thing is happening in the UK, as well. Moving to SE Asia and China is now our only option. There is absolutely no doubt that Trump will not only win, but win by a landslide. How do we know this? Simple: Many of those who once thought they hated Trump will now be FORCED to vote for him. Who will force them to vote for Trump? Harris will force the majority of Americans to vote for Trump, even though some might have thought they disliked him...for valid reasons. Why was Harris chosen by the DEMs? Utter stupidity. And now, they will see that they have shot themselves in the foot. Therefore, the question is not IF but by How Much Trump will win in November. What would you say? Perhaps a good guess might be that Trump will win the popular vote by no less than FIVE PERCENT. This would be a landslide. Most of the movies on the list you link are before 2005. And many are 2000 or 2001, such as Darko, etc. For example the Coens movie, Man Who Wasn't There, was 2001. Films are now becoming boiled down to themes which can sometimes be understood with very limited intelligence and no thinking, or by someone who does not understand English (in the case of the post-2000 English films coming out of Hollywood). Is anyone even willing to think, these days? Or, do people prefer to be TOLD what is happening, rather than to learn for themselves, such as might be the case with the American political scene, as well as with Hollywood movies.

Yes. It seems that the year 2000 marks the divide between some decent Hollywood film-making pre-2000, and what has now become garbage films that are not watchable. Why is this? Pandering to overseas markets? Dumbing down of content and themes? Fear of offending any segment of the movie-goer market? Lack of reading on the part of the public who watches the new garbage films? Other reasons? Has America completely lost any semblance of having a meaningful culture, these days? We know that there has been a sharp divide in quality which happened 25 years ago... But why?

In China, eat nothing but Chinese food. In Thailand, eat nothing but Thai food. On the MainLine...then GORGE on Reubens, and plenty of other Deli Food. You can't go wrong. I recall the Reuben. I love DELI food. i NEVER send it back to the chef, either. Last time I was at Hymie's, must have been..... The Summer of 1969. Great food at Hymie's. I once lived near Merion, so Hymie's was, thankfully, close by. No Way you will get this food in Thailand. Better just have a Panang-Gai, instead. Eat Chinese food in China. Thai food in Thailand. Deli food in NYC, or in Philly.... How much would it cost to fly one of these Reubens over here, do you think? Has anyone here ever heard about.....Loss of Face...in Asia? Sending food back to the chef....would....definitely be... Construed by all at the restaurant as Loss of Face for the chef. Why would you ever DO that???? Boggles the mind. Just feign an upset stomach, ...pay....., and then leave. No need for you to ever return to the same restaurant. ========= Or, what about eating at a noodle shop? And then.... You complain: My Noodle is too soft. Would you not then be the laughing stock of the entire noodle shop? Or... Dear Chef, My noodle is not LONG enough. Please take it back! Ridiculous, really. Never seen, in all my born days, anyone in Asia return food to the chef. Someday, maybe.... I will live to see the day....

I agree. When I order food spicy, but it's not HOT enough... Then I complain. And then, the chef gives me more chili. Nothing worse than food which is not hot enough...IMHO.
