In Sep last year, I transferred from BK Bank to my USA bank. BK bank had a fee for this, it was still the second best option to move money out of Thailand. BK bank sent USD to my US bank. The rate was good for going from thb to usd in Sep/Oct. Better than Wester Union or even the bigger crooks - DeeMoney. It was a wire transfer from my bank branch in Pattaya. You can also exchange your THB for your currency and carry it back if you're flying. It was my first choice.
