Got to admit, although I never partook, it was fascinating driving along and seeing all these ladies sat on plastic chairs by the roadside.....so sad in many ways and I imagine quite dangerous. At least in Thai bars there are some controls, there is a 'community', if you can call it that..... the girls are not living in isolation.

Because the UK is signed up to the ECHR....nothing to do with 'foreign' judges as such...they just apply the law. The court could have been set up in London.
