    The majority live in wooden sheds, one light, no fridge or aircon and are in hoc for the rest of their lives......and still find the money to put alloy wheels and low profile tyres on their cars.......leaving their kids to dress in rags.

    Just had to pay a solicitors bill in the UK...only £200.....but I had to send my last three months bank statements all certified by a professional person........is this the new norm????....Money laundering laws???

    Wife is in the middle of building a small 'restaurant' and bar.......eucalyptus wood and bamboo.......the whole thing is wired.....no nails, no screws, no brackets........!!!!!

    I doubt that there are clear, effective policies in place and if there are you still have to carry them out, and then you need some competent to carry them out......too much effort and cost....easier to wing it.

    We had one 2 1/2 years ago.....they have recently completed all the repair work.....fortunately they managed to keep the road open.....the round trip would have not been fun.

    Read an interesting paper from NASA years ago......no idea how to reference it now......but they predicted/suggested/speculated that had dinosaurs survived and evolved as they expected they might, that a type of dinosaur could have landed on the 60 million years ago?????

    In 2023, 31.8% of live births in England and Wales were to mothers born outside the UK. There is no statistics for non-British mothers and many of these mother's may well be British citizens....but were born outside the UK. ONS report.

    Not stupid, but pay attention to their financial reports and this element in particular.... Look for the percentage of funds spent on “programs” versus “administration” or “fundraising.”

    Not 100% sure it was Paragon, but they let us wear our own shoes if they were soft soled.
