    Not seen the video, but yes.....I have hypertension and recently had an MRI which indicated 'moderate cerebral small vessel disease, SVD'......a precursor to dementia, strokes, MCI etc...... and almost certainly due to the hypertension. Get that blood pressure down!!!!
