  1. I agree with 2nd link (only one I looked at), and we're done @ 190°. Don't do dense or hard crusty bread. Been baking my own for 30 ish years. Worked in 3 bakeries, one specializing in supplying bread to restaurants. Temp is something we never monitored at the bakery. Exact nightly routine, so didn't need to. Only started using here to show wife when it's done, as all new to her.
  2. Must be a Nikon or Big Camera pricing, as my Sony @6400s are 10% cheaper here than USA, and surprising. Along with Sony store is same price as Big Camera here. Big Camera doesn't give you the Sony warranty. Why would anyone buy anything from Big Camera ... Best to shop elsewhere. Just checked, and Sony @6400 is same price @ EC-Mall, when in the past, they were about 10% cheaper than Sony Store. If looking at Sony, buy from Sony, for better warranty & points for free stuff. Sony or Cannon, they'll be here 10 yrs down the soi, not sure about the others. Better research = Better shopping experience
  3. With that thought, what's the point of buying a camera ?
  4. some people love to live in fear ... ... fear of breathing the air ... drinking the water ... now eating fresh bread ???? Life expectancy in the late 70s. Live in fear, avoid everything you read about, be miserable, and live what ... 5 more years, maybe, if not mowed down while crossing the street. I did a couple insurance surveys, lifestyle for life expectancy. Lied thru my teeth, and checked off every good eating / drinking and life experience possible. Lied thru my teeth, and checked of every negative way to eat & live. Was honest and the results, were simply < 5 yrs, both directions. I eat & do what I want ... I'm happy not living in fear ????
  5. Really ... and your 1st hand experience of it NOT being the case. Or even a friend of a friend's uncle's grandfather having a bad experience with their EV in Thailand will qualify. Yet to hear or read 1 negative experience of EV in Thailand that wasn't 'user error'. What if, what if, what if ... ???? Buy a car that takes E85, then get back to me. More charging stations in Krung Thep not being used, not having a Q, then PTT stations selling E85. Or on the main inter-province highways. Troll on ...
  6. You're not going to find anything, that will carry 2 people, with a lithium battery in that price range. IMHO
  7. Obviously ... and stated in jest. I think it would be almost impossible for him to get re-elected. Even the dems have had enough of him already, and it's not even 2 yrs yet.
  8. With exception of malfunctioning rudder, how does a sailboat breakdown?
  9. Process of elimination ... I'm guessing mass produced store bought. Once I learn how to and how easy bread making is, it's definitely my preference. Use store bought only when being lazy.
  10. Yep ... and that's how the trolls stand out with their silliness: Not enough CS Wait hrs to charge Takes so long to charge IGNORE IGNORE ... IGNORED IF you're more impatient than myself (hard to believe) and enjoy driving for over 4 to 12 hrs straight, then an EV is not for you.
  11. DECO - removable lithium battery I own their SUSU model, excellent, and no issues, and coming up on 1 yr old. https://decogreenenergy.com/index.php/th/product-deco/electric-motorcycles/family-3
  12. After that camera purchase, good programs/software will help make you look good. As stated earlier, I use LightRoom classic, one of 1st releases, since not a subscriber. Along with DeNoise AI, which I purchased, and too inexpensive not to. An example of a photo I purposely underexposed, SS/2000 F8, which you wouldn't do for a stationary subject. First use LR, then run thru DN.
  13. 300 kms is about 4 hr in TH ... yea, give me that break, munch, pee, walk dog. Relax, enjoy life, take it all in. Best part of most our O&A is the journey. Unless you're a working sales, long distance service person, who the hell wants to drive 700 kms at 1 shot, as that's 9-12 hrs. All the anti EV/China/Solar folks' arguments are silly, and why they are on my ever growing ignore list. Shouldn't you all be on the 'REAL EV thread' vs this 'fanboy' thread.
  14. Doesn't get any better ... ????
  15. The Madera Lodge Pattaya VS Pool villa Pattaya
  16. "THAILAND CROSSINGS Four Thai/Myanmar border points are officially open to foreigners" "Ranong/Kawthaung The crossing between Ranong (Thailand, Ranong Province) and Kawthaung (Myanmar" " If you are on a short stay or visa run from Thailand, you will not need a Myanmar visa, but you will need your passport and a copy of the photo page, plus US$10 in crisp notes for a border crossing permit."
  17. obviously you didn't read it. rent a car <5 hrs, straight thru or pop into Khao Lak or Khao Sok NP/Lake make an adventure out of it
  18. Ranong Imm IMHO, best Imm office in TH, and spoke perfect English. That was a while ago, but doubt if much changed.
  19. Depends on a few factors. Here's a real time-ish CM to BKK trip. Impressively fast.
  20. Best to search info yourself, not forums.. Ranong/Kawthaung - open May want to ring Ranong Imma to verify. https://www.go-myanmar.com/arriving-and-departing-over-land
  21. No need to spend more than 5k baht for really good phone. Wife picked up this Xiaomi from Xiaomi store, 50mp camera/4 lens and should keep her going for a few years, till battery kraps out:
  22. MAGA supporter ? Don't have to tell folks to 'MAGA', it is, and always was. Why so many want to be there. Don't have to tell people to "Build Back Better" ... who builds back worse. A billionaire ... MAGA ... wasn't it great enough for you already. Career politician ... BBB ... why, did you screw it up the decades you were in office. Salespeople and their pitches ... even sheep aren't that dumb, or are they.
  23. vahz - vase .... really. Does it matter, unless missing some nutrients or paying too much. Makro black raisins (1 kg bag) for me, good size, soft, tasty, inexpensive. Eat almost everyday with my corn flakes, helps keep me regular, I think. Use to eat current preserve/jelly, damn tasty. Though haven't noticed it lately.
