  1. Why was it not done before 15 weeks: "The kidneys develop between the 5th and 12th week of fetal life, and by the 13th week they are normally producing urine." https://www.health.state.mn.us/diseases/cy/renalagenesis.html#:~:text=The kidneys develop between the, amniotic fluid (called oligohydramnios). Cost to travel to get abortion vs cost to deliver in hospital ? think we are missing some info: From 'Forbes': From 'Planned Parenthood site': CNN OP-ED ... nuff said
  2. MG's EVs, are imported, for now, from China, the BEVs (ZS) anyway, as not sure about the other EV versions. A good thing, I think, though may not matter since SAIC/MG is making. But the Toyotas & Mazdas made here, that we owned (Vios (2) & Mazda 2 (1) were a bit lacking in comfort, over the road. Drivetrain, no issues, but ride & noise levels at highway speed/90kph were krap. A few baht more and the MG ZS ICE was comfy & quiet in comparison, with the ZS EV even more so. My experience & opinion anyway. Others that never owned may have a different opinion ????
  3. @Silencer 750k is way overpriced, and why 3 phase If considering, you need to think about your roof design now. Our panels face S & W, which means we miss about 2hr of better production if a few were facing E. Not really needed, but would be nice. We have 8kW hybrid (Deye) & 20kWh ESS (2 X 10kWh) As suggested, you should consider 2 - 5kW inverters. We use gas hob, and have 1 induction unit (which doesn't get much use), only because I prefer gas. But have convention ovens, microwave, , coffee machine, 2 frigs, & slow cooker, get used quite a bit. I bake bread every other day, of late. Excess solar goes to EVs. Our usage since having (Aug 2022), <500kWh a month, when being conservative during rainy season to 1000kWh being AC abusive during dry season. Last month was brutal, and still didn't hit 1000kWh. House is 106m² of area, constantly cooled. https://aseannow.com/topic/1268214-solar-8kw-hybrid-inverter-w10kwh-upgraded-to-20kwh-in-sept-2022-essbattery-not-diy/ Current list ???? https://www.v-e.io/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/PEA-Inverter-list-ครั้งที่-5-2565.pdf
  4. April ... almost broke 1000kWh, if not for late afternoon thundershower. Rainy season contrast, pushing out 8+kWh ... and then, oh well. ezgif.com-video-to-gif.mp4
  5. If someone is 'escaping' China, do they really want to travel 2000 kms thru China when other countries are much closer. Not exactly friendly landscape either. AND, still have to pass thru a country or 3 to get to TH. Have a nice day
  6. Gmap will point them out ... ... Buddha helps those that help themselves. Or you could just look at the map already posted above ???? Personally, I would have went to India, with 1+ billion people, if you can't blend and get lost in that crowd, why go elsewhere. Grass is not greener and sometimes better to stick with the Devil you know.
  7. 23 years here, and not a scratch from other vehicles. Called defensive driving. Always know what's around you especially behind you when coming to a stop. Cars are amazingly safe now ... most anyway.
  8. Actually MG is extremely honest with the info, even conservative, or have been with the ZS, ICE & EV. ZS promo stated 11 kp/L, using E85, and quite accurate, although you'll get 14 kp/L using 91. Designed for E85, and used to be 29% cheaper, so about the same cost per 100 kms. Performed a wee bit better on E85, but not enough to give up the kp/L now, since basically the same price, almost. EV quotes 403/NEDC & 320/WLTP rating. Have actually gotten 403, rare, and most don't expect to, as don't drive that slow that long. But we do consistently get 360 kms in 'ECO' mode, and that's at highway speed/90kph. Car states more than 320 in 'Normal' and 308, I think in 'Sport'. Assuming they are as accurate as 'ECO' which is more than enough performance on the highway.
  9. The original version, was ganga dipped in opium. A friend stationed here used to send us a package every other month. Vacuum packed and opened like a canned ham ????
  10. And why they shouldn't let anyone in. Or allow them to stay. I didn't ask why, asked how, as a few other countries closer to chose from, with a few in between Uyghur & TH. TH - 3000+ kms, direct air, LOS. About 5 other counties <500 kms away, and had to pass thru 4 countries to get to TH. Like people from South of USA, asking for asylum, when they passed thru Mexico to get there. You're out of your oppressive area, so ask ASAP. Entering illegally, you have no rights to anything. Some countries send you adrift, or so I read. Or slave camps. They actually thought the authoritarian military Junta would be any different from the authoritarian one they left. Guessing he refused to be returned to China with the others back in 2015. Would think, guessing, he got offered to return or stay in prison here.
  11. So you have NO experience, except for a test drive .... maybe.
  12. In home with air purifiers, problem shrinks More like 6 months of late, Nov - May
  13. " Mettohti was detained at the IDC after illegally entering Thailand on March 13, 2014." Choices in life ... and death. Can't find much info on him, except from China, ended up here. Obviously not a good move, coming here. And how do you end up in TH, with all the place closer to Xinjiang.
  14. Just country origin ... Columbian & Jamaican ... late 60s Thai Sticks ... if you had a friend in TH
  15. Peeked at but never drove a Celerio or Swift, but don't think I'll be suggesting them as cheap transport in the future. Daughter is in the market for a new car, and I suggested Celerio, and of course she likes the styling of the Swift. Until driving around with her friend, who owns a Swift, and said it's a POS. Considering she's coming from a 10+ yr old Mazda 2, that's saying a lot. Being the Celerio is ~150k cheaper than the Swift, she's rightfully thinking, the ride is probably even worse. She does a bit of highway driving, up to Rangsit frequently, so wants something better, comfort & power. Test driving the MG5 soon, as I think I'll do the same, and let her know my thoughts. Priced about the same as the Swift, so should be a better choice. Spec wise, no comparison, MG5 superior, larger more powerful engine, and a bunch of airbags ????
  16. Maybe some people just don't like shaving. Or like the look, and it does comes in handy in cold weather. I rarely didn't have facial hair after 25 yrs old, and only if job didn't allow it. Now I shave since it comes in grey, where top of my head is still salt/pepper, so the beard adds about 10yrs to my handsomeness.
  17. @Encid Think the only thing I'd do different, is get two 5kWh inverters instead of the one 8kWh. Extra kWh would never hurt, and nice to have 2, JIC 1 has an oops. Also the Deye's 5kWh inverter is on the approved PEA list, if they ever get around to pay for excess to the grid. 8kWh inverter is not, and the Deye 10kWh inverter is approved for 3 Phase.
  18. When Biden (29 yrs old) was campaigning against Cale Boggs (63 yrs old) for the Senate seat, 1972, 63 was apparently to old to be in politics. Pot & the kettle to mind ????
  19. Depends where you live, and where you do your border runs. Lived Udon Thani, so Nong Khai/Laos was convenient for turn around, or going into Vientiane for a night or 2. Great for a 'local' O&A, and even drove over a couple times, bringing back boxes of Beer Laos & Bailey's. BL & Bailey's at the time about half price in town. Ranong/Myanmar was another favorite, and cheap, as no visa require, just $5 or $10 USA fee, and pleasant long tail ride over. Again, bit of shopping if wanting, or you could do the casino thing. Only 2 that I've used, and actually miss doing, not that I'd make a special trip now. But good memories. Almost any reason is a good reason to get out of the house and or province.
  20. I don't, and haven't since I got my TH DL, never renewed. I can't understand why people use agents to do the simplest things, and then believe everything they say. Anything to make using them seem necessary.
  21. Guessing most have never read it, studied it, or has a clue what is even in it. Whoever has the best commercial wins .. as if there vote matters at all.
