  1. Another option is Photo Bug on soi changphueak in the chotana area about 300 meters north of Chang phueak gate, on the left. You can park on the street in front of the shop. Been going there for years, never busy, easy in and out. Wish you the best.
  2. The American Dream is based on individual independence self ownership hard work and merit. The infrastructure and foundation of it was built during the last century of which is now an inheritance that is incrementally being eroded by a blind convoluted warped ideology. The idea of the American Dream is simply hard work, if one aspires to be successful and takes advantage of the tools available, then they’ll succeed, if they don’t then they won’t. I can point to a few foreign national friends in the US that went there with nothing and had great success without handouts. And yet there are those who were born and raised in the US that are beggars, no drive to succeed and stagnate in complaints. If you want to earn a lot of money, then do it in the US, then after a little time and patients, move abroad and enjoy the American Dream. So What’d Ya Think About That?
  3. The above statement epitomizes the lack of ambition
  4. It’s getting worse, too much tinkering and erroneous rearranging. Local news links removed from the local sub forums, makes absolutely no sense, recent posts are not visible on mobile devices-weird, among other odd weird stuff that makes the site user unfriendly.
  5. The only audio place I know of that is similar is Central Audio in Mahidol just past Kanchanaphisek park on the left. Look in the audio district in santitham. Most of those KSK shops dispersed into the unknown, occasionally stumble across one in one of the central malls or a shop in some corner of town.
  6. Nonsense is the inability of having sense and/or believing some falsehood and reverberating it as fact, some are easily impressed. Plenty of it swirling around especially on the internet and media platforms such as what is often displayed here on AN. I can decide for myself what is nonsense or not.
  7. Sorry, I’m having trouble deciphering your reply 😶
  8. Sure why not? Though aren’t all of them plumbers? Need plumbers to drain away the filth?
  9. This is the last place I’d ask for advice or experiences from others. Most folks here really don’t get out much and are under the delusional belief that they know better. Anyway, for those of us who have an adventurous life and don’t live in fear and enjoy exploring new places and meeting different people are unhindered by some of the nonsense posted above. Good reads and experiences without the rattling. @banglay enjoy your adventure and consider starting a journey thread documenting it here or on gtr
  10. Absolutely wonderful and no complaints at all…just like every day
  11. Good for you as your sole choice. Why would anyone want display their unfortunate grief and gripe on a forum. Is the situation that one has chosen so bad that they can’t execute a solution? Or has failing to do so is what brings such misery upon one’s self?
  12. I’ve had a few different varieties of durian, the tastes range from sweet to gasoline-ish taste, all tolerable for me. Though the least favorite is phuang mani
  13. Some people just don’t know how to say no. Though I suppose for some…if they’re not good enough, then their money is
  14. Well that was a mistake….
  15. You can try it, personally I don’t think it would do much good for cleaning the injector system. If it is the injector and you want a temporary possible bandaid, then drain and clean the tank and burn non alcohol petrol, the yellow nozzle, preferably caltex. Could also be a sign that the starter is burning out, just because it turns doesn’t necessarily mean it has full output.
  16. The whole size thing is subjective, my wife says my kawa300 is a big bike, she can’t ride it without dumping it. Anything under 400 or 500cc is small being that anything under 500cc is a learning bike for most. Mid size up to about 800-900cc, some would argue anything under a 1000cc is a mid size. So the subject is a bit subjective. I consider my bn600 a mid size, kawa300 small and the our honda 125/160 series to be dinky but fun tiny bikes to zip around on for errands and such. Some people worry about cosmetics opposed functionality. I know that some of you out there develop an inferiority complex and feel insecure about your image on a small bike, silly and undeveloped immaturity disposition is what it actually is. Ride whatever is safe and comfortable, that’s the real imperative.
  17. Again, another article about cm by a nameless anonymous that obviously never stepped foot here. And not to mention that the cm news isn’t even in the cm sub forum anymore, so I suppose it isn’t really cm news.
  18. If you ever make it here you’ll see that a lot of locals use them.
  19. They sell them at the driver license shop in hangdog, pretty cheap too.
  20. Use petrol that doesn’t have alcohol in it, the yellow nozzle. Alcohol is hygroscopic, water absorbent. Water causes other contaminants that contaminate the injectors. Fuel injector cleaners are gimmicks that are ineffective.
  21. Diet, physical activity and human interaction is imperative for a healthy brain and body. Staring at a television is probably one of the worst things to do to a brain, we don’t have one those things in our home. I’m never bored, always busy with something whether I’m out and about meeting strangers, swimming, walking in the hills leaning about various species or helping the wife with her business. I like the challenge of strategy for the day and week ahead. Poor diet is probably the worst thing for the brain as well, sugar, high amounts of carbohydrates, alcohol and tobacco, all brain poison.
  22. Same here, for now anyway. Though the wife and I are prepared to move if needed, we both like a quiet non busy settings.
