    Go Wholesale

I prefer the Go in CM opposed to makro, because it’s closer, never crowded and has a couple items there that are superior to what makro has. We get all our fresh produce at the local kad, which is always better than what we find in a grocery store.
  2. Rephrase, don’t understand.

    CPAP

Depending on the severity I’d suggest going to a provider such as a dentist or hospital that treats sleep apnea and can make a night guard that offsets the lower jaw for mild to moderate apnea as opposed to cpap
  4. I would suggest going to a pharmacy, but I won’t since it’s been mentioned on every reply already
  5. Go to some of the phone vendor shops, often a 200฿ per month deal can be found. My wife just picked up a sim a couple months ago at ais buddy, unlimited, for 200฿. I’m on one ais five years now @200฿ a month 200gb, then throttled thereafter. The deals come and go and often not available online.
  6. ? Though he actually started this⬇️… …typical un-journalistic conflating nonsense for the submissive subjugated zombies.
  7. Never rode a bus here, though have noticed there’s new buses in the city.
  8. Do you use shopee? iBody based on cm has an account on shopee, they have an assortment of omega-3. Maybe you can text them through the app if you have payment difficulties on shopee.
  9. Geriatric hospital out on the north end of hangdong on the 108 road. Good doctors and facilities and it won’t break the bank
  10. Why bother with dating websites? There are a lot of good single women that you can meet anywhere. You just have to open your mouth and leave all expectations behind.
  11. Possibly due to having a heavy lead foot, maybe?
  12. Safe travels. Thanks for stopping by and sharing your journeys here in the north.
  13. Try Jarunee shop on soi mun mueang in the southeast area of the old cit, small shop with newspapers in front. Remember seeing some there a few years ago.
  14. The accommodation reports your stay to the immigration, the accommodation can provide you a screenshot as proof that they made the report. You will still need to acquire the tm30 receipt from the tm30 office in the back of the IO.
  15. They can care less about your extracurricular activities.
  16. Personally don’t know of anyone who has changed 90-1year from cm-cr, can post a thread in the cr forum & maybe you’ll get a hit. Though each IO is a little different, I don’t know of a stipulation that states the extension of a 90 day to a year needs to be done at the originating office. Try the Maasai IO if it’s not too much trouble for you.
  17. Photo copies of front page and entry stamp, signed. Passport photo. tm30 recipe. It would be a good idea to have two photo copies of everything. Can apply up to two weeks before expiry of entry stamp, personally wouldn’t wait until the last day.
  18. No, because on that day your one year extension also/is includes your 90 day report. It should suffice, some posters say they have done it. Bring your tm30 receipt from cr and ask cm IO if it will suffice. If not then get a room and get a new tm30 recipe at the IO. Not sure if there’s any cm IO’s on the forum. Sorry couldn’t be of more help.
  19. Focus on a single object or thought for as long as possible, after practice it will be second nature. Meditation can be done anywhere anytime in just about any situation. A method would be to practice compartmentalization. No not necessarily given that everyone is different. Yes, meditation has helped me though I’ve never really been an anxious person. It’s helped having a clear mind before a task with work or businesses meetings. The evidence would be a personal experience. One doesn’t need to be taught by anyone or go on meditation retreat. Can start with small simple steps, like when laying down before sleep. The way to clear the mind is to concentrate/focus on a singular. When one becomes more accustomed, then they’ll be doing it often on somewhat of a subconscious level.
  20. No, of course not. The media conflates everything they disseminate blurring the facts… …which the above reinforces the fact that the media conflates twists and politicizes everything, even a flawed study to place blame on individuals. Again, the media is controlled and throttles the truth. If the truth is what someone wants then find other sources of information approaching with speculation because nowadays even science is littered with political skews.
  21. Admit it, you’re being scammed by the media and your pet politicians. At this point in history, why anyone would believe anything coming out of the media and the mouths of politicians is baffling. It’s a complete joke and the joke is on the suckers that fall for it.
  22. …and this is how the “may have” fictions become the truthful solid facts and flair up into rampant mythical hysterics.
