Drop all processed foods and go on a raw vegetable/fruit diet for as long as possible, at least 2 weeks or even longer. Walk and or swim. Within the first week you’ll notice big changes, after 2 weeks you’ll be running like an firehose again.
Nan is a small city, typical northern town. Not highly populated as far as the residents though it can get pretty crowded during loy krathong and Christmas. Been dragged there by the wife during both occasions and finding a room was challenging given that sometimes she gets a wild hair up the yingyang and “we go now!” idea to a tourist joint. Personally I prefer being there when it’s not flooded with tourists.

I can only speak of my own experiences, I know a few Brits here and for the most part friendly enough. Though Germans are weird, not normal, maybe because they’re out of their element. Met a few in other countries as well, same thing.
Chinese unwittingly rude.
Australians and Germans seem to capitalize on intentional rudeness.
Americans and Brits are for the most part polite, though they do have their share of arrogance. As for some of my fellow Americans, they can be overly loud and obnoxious as the same as Germans and Australians.

Though considering RTE’s recent rhetoric and political scape, it wouldn’t surprise me that at one point in the future the Turks may fall out of NATO.
The massive military buildup in that region including 48+ warships in the eastern Mediterranean (the most since 1948), much of which isn’t being broadcasted, including CENTCOM in high alert ready to deploy mode, makes one wonder if this is more of an offensive operation. Time will tell…
