    If I didn’t get loans for property in the late 70’s and early 80’s and waited until I was able to buy outright I would have lost a lot of money in investments. Buying properties was one of the first things I did right out of the gate.

The menacing background mega funders that instigate and fund rent-a-riots will be the true culprits while the leaders and their constituencies are blamed for the root cause.     You’re using 3m which does restrict air flow. We don’t use 3m, we get our sheets from a retailer in cm @ ~฿1000 per sqm

    Yes! Never had a problem with using pm2.5 pre filter sheets as we keep them clean and has absolutely zero effect on the load, been using this application for years. But if one doesn’t maintain common household hygiene then of course it would be a concern.

    I assume the filters you mean? During the smoke season weekly for the filters. If the interior of head and fins are clean then it’s not a bother. Of course, everything is checked when the filters are cleaned

    If an ac ever needs recharged with refrigerant then it certainly it has a leak and needs to be repaired. If a serviceman is loading refrigerant annually then they either are lackies or scammers.
