What type of bike are you looking for? MTB, road, hybrid? MTB's are comfortable rides, sitting more upright. You'll appreciate the lower gears in the hills. Switch to narrower tires with less profile for road use. Trekking bars (or at least bar ends) will give you more hand positions. How tall are you? If average foreigner height, you may have trouble finding a frame large enough.
