  2. That was the information you were asking for. But Morch gave you the free solution. It works. Took 30 seconds to locate and install the uBlock extension for Firefox. Works perfectly once other adblockers are disabled on the Youtube page.
  3. 1-month free trial • Then THB 159.00/month • Cancel anytime AIS American Express MasterCard PayPal TrueMoney Visa https://www.youtube.com/premium
  4. What a scam! Outside Korat, walk-in service, no appointment, no witnesses. 30 minutes processing. 20 baht paid for two certificates.
  5. I've been taking statins (simvistatin) for 'bout 20 years. Originally had all high numbers, with total cholesterol around 300+. I was running marathons, cycling cross country, eating healthy, so not much lifestyle changes I could have made. I believe it's mostly genetic. With statins (20mg/day) all my numbers are normal. My current diet consists mainly of pizza, KFC, tater chips, donuts and soda. Hardly exercise any more, jog/cycle/weights a few times a week. I get a blood test every 3-4 months and adjust dosage accordingly. Statins are cheap, blood tests are cheap. Why not start with your doctor's recommended dosage for 3 months and see how you respond? Have a lipid panel done every 30 days.
  6. Easy. Three options. Connect your phone to your computer using the charger/data cable and transfer between directories, or send the photo file from phone to computer via bluetooth, or email the photo file from the phone to yourself and download on the computer.
  7. No. They are not. The authorities either don't care or don't see anything in it for them............or both.
  8. Why would you do that? Shirley, you'd take your big, handsome, crisp $100 bills to the local market and exchange whatever you estimate you'll need for your visit. Then all your purchases will be with riel, no dollars.
  9. Do it! .....and demand a 35% reduction on the sales price, since that's the amount they're putting on the official government documentation.
  10. Cool beans. The national unemployment rate is not 40%, it's about 5%. I'll go on the assumption that anonymous guy who registered for an account and whom's first --- and only --- post is felon gang propaganda is, you know, the thing. Thanks!
  11. What CIA.gov propaganda site did you get that number from? 40% unemployment? Try 5%....... https://tradingeconomics.com/china/unemployment-rate https://www.statista.com/statistics/1109881/surveyed-monthly-unemployment-rate-in-china/
  12. Aha! When you log into gmail, you're also logging into your youtube account. Then you get the blocking unless you pay for premium or accept ads. I logged out of youtube, and Shazam!, no more blocked videos, and no ads using adblocker with no issues.
  13. This isn't about returning to the USA. He would be going back to Norway, famous for their generous welfare state benefits.
  14. So is a recession and bankruptcy and international terrorism and failing banks and civil unrest and $33.5 trillion in debt. Did the researchers account for the symptoms being the same for those suffering from Long Brandon?
  15. WOW! Moneygram. Western Union. Prescriptions. Land Chanotes. Thailand doesn't seem like a safe place financially. Change all your passwords and stay off social media platforms.
  16. US government money laundrymat regulations. https://wise.com/help/articles/2747380/getting-verified-in-the-us
  17. I'ma try this. Delete AseanNow from my bookmarks. I don't need this <deleted>.
  18. In that case, Shirley, the OP, would have mentioned that very important fact.
  19. Probably the same 24% who belief in a flat earf' and creationism with the universe created 6,000 years ago.
  20. I'm sorry. Tell me again why he's away from his home country safety net?
  21. Why does the submarine need an engine? Couldn't they just tie it up next to the aircraft carrier with no aircraft that goes nowhere, or warehouse it along with the blimps that don't hold their helium. Why not exchange the sub for a fleet of chinese weather baroooms able to circumnavigate the globe carrying a ton of erectlonics, and base 'em on the as yet unused flattop? Win-win-win!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  22. And now for the rest of the story........ But, Shirley, he didn't really do that, did he? Well, in that case, we can rewrite the headline.
  23. Lack of money? Bus to southern border. Visa waiver into Malaysia. Mama noodles for dinner. Bench at bus station. Mama noodles for brekkie. Visa waiver into Thailand Bus to Bangkok. At most a couple thousand baht. Or.........take the overstay, get buddy to fork over 20k for the fine and another 30k for flight home. That frees up 50k for hookers and blow.
  24. Hopefully someone will correct me if this is wrong, but..... If he can get to the airport undetected, he'll pay a fine, get banned, and then board his plane. If he goes to immigration, or gets stopped by the police, he'll be fined and held at IDC until he goes to court, and then he'll be deported. From what I've read the wait at IDC can be weeks, and isn't at all comfortable. And I believe the ban if caught is much longer as well.
