  1. Is there a law that prevents a US president and anointed leader of the free world, not to mention a nobel peace prize recipient, from executively ordering the drone strike execution of American citizens without trial?
  2. Funny all those North Koreans disappeared suddenly, and the alleged POW's are nowhere to be seen. Same with these two alleged Chinese. It'll be in all the papers, the Pentagon will be shocked, shocked I say, and will respond to questions with "we have seen reports", but nothing tangible. And when it fails to gain traction, it'll disappear like the Ghost of Kiev and the Martyrs of Snake Island. As to the non-Chinese speaking Chinese, shirley, you must admit Xi is an evil dictator, running an oppressive totalitarian regime, especially for the oppressed minorities under his boot. Why then would he send them to Western Russia where they can defect to the forces of light? Wouldn't it be better to save them for the anticipated invasion of Siberia?
  3. Still nothing from the Chinese......... Assume they'll wait until half hour after the stock market opens on Monday for bigly effect.
  4. I agree they blamed the Russians. As to the first part of your statement..........
  5. Something seems off. I listened to the released video. Doesn't sound like a native Chinese speaker. Sounds more like someone reading off a couple google-translate phrases. Pronunciation was strange, and tones were incorrect. I'd suspect he was probably one of the "North Koreans" from Los Angeles they announced last month, repurposed for more effective propaganda. "Hey, Trump hates the Chinese. Let's just make him Chinese. They all look alike, anyway. Who's gonna know?"
  6. Read the fine print. That's on top of the 20% from earlier. Tax rate on Chinese imports paid by American consumers is now 145%. China has not yet responded..... The gains from the relief rally following Trump's pause yesterday have now all been cofveve'd. Winning!©
  7. You misunderstand. "A legal way to apply" exists, unless they're North Korean. They need to attend a US embassy or consulate in their home country and obtain an appropriate visa. Then they'll be legal. Then they'll be documented. Gosh, some might even be classified as immigrants!
  8. You mis-spelled "illegal alien." Funny you should mention that! Embassy. Visa. Apply.
  9. No problem. You can get an O-visa for marriage or retirement if over 50. Doesn't matter how much time you spend outside of Thailand, nor whether you work outside of Thailand. I had an O-visa (retirement), stayed in Bangkok with my girlfriend, worked in China most of the year. Would return for spring festival to apply for extensions.
  10. No biggie. Trump also says "tariffs" when he means "taxes on the American consumer." Winning!©
  11. Trump must have renamed it to confuse the Chinese. "Velly crever, mistah Tlump! Yu winning this lound!"
  12. I would expect a covert operation to tip over Guam. Shouldn't be that difficult, not the way it's top-heavy with all those B-2's loaded to the gills with bombs for freedom.
  13. When was the last time Trump himself held down one of those jobs he's trying to bring back for the plebes?
  14. They were simply recreating scenes from the carvings on temple walls. No different than Chinese lady tourists getting questioned by police when taking selfies wearing Thai university outfits. You know what they say, "When in Ayuthaya......"
  15. Globalization will still be here, but Trump will be taking 'merka back to the 1800's, separated from the world economy. We'll have 100% 'merkan production using 100% 'merkan labor with 100% 'merkan components for all our conestoga wagons and buggy whips. Winning!
  16. Depends where they're from. Sexy photo shoots are very popular in Peoples' Park in Guangzhou.
  17. Is that still true anymore? The US is no longer the 'west'. Trump can only bully his alleged allies so much, sanctions are losing their effectiveness. Even his European vassals are beginning to show signs of independence. The US only accounts for about 14% of Chinese exports, and that number is quickly dropping. Can the Chinese shift their exports? I suppose Russia would like to buy combat drones and military equipment. Iran might like to buy a whole fleet of civilian airliners, stealth aircraft, and perhaps a couple nukular subs, which would give them a legitimate use for their 60%-enriched iranium. North Korea could use a couple thousand spy balloons to drop poop on Seoul, for which they could trade mail-order brides. All of Africa needs more investment, more railroads, more highways, more hospitals, more industrial parks providing employment and wages with which to purchase Chinese products. A nice change from military bases droning wedding parties and regime-changing stable governments. Maybe they'll go ahead and build that alternative to the Panama Canal, and do it with permission of the locals this time.
  18. Sure, it could be 44DDD chest, but then again some important people in the swamp could have picked up the phone and told him to walk it back a bit. Or with the market meltdown accelerating, someone might have read about how they had used the wrong values when computing their "reciprocal" taxes on the American consumer. The correct values were plugged in, and suddenly the tariffs are set to where they should have been in the first place. "I meant to do that."
  19. China may let him spin it as a win. People that know, know. Sorta like how Kruschev let Kennedy claim victory in '61. Or they might take offense at 125% tariffs and spank him again. Maybe cut off his "raw" earths for national security reasons, or start shipping combat drones to Russia.
  20. In that case, why bother with money. All citizens of Trumperville shall be issued a minimum quantity of Trump-bits monthly on their winner-card that they can spend on Trump-rations in the Trump-commissary.
  21. Exactly. Trump's grand plan is to onshore all those low-paying factory assembly jobs to 'merka, pumping out products 'merkan slave labor can't afford, and that foreign countries won't buy because of the 300% tariffs. Either that, or everybody gonna become an innertubes influencer or OnlyFans model.
  22. And what are Americans doing when most of the jobs can be filled by robots? Or until then, who's buying those $2000 iPhones and $500 sneakers when 'merkan labor is making $20/hour?
  23. When the robots are doing all the factory jobs, and all the maintenance jobs, and all the ciphering jobs, then it'll be the robots e buying the chrome polish and La-Z-bot recliners. Americans will be able to shop at Goodwill with their monthly universal basic income.
