That card thing sounds strange? I have never linked any card to my apple id, and can switch from danish to thai appstore and back, to download (free) apps. My bank apps works fine in both regions.

Agree with 1 to 4, but.... Nr 5, how can the poor courier prove that the reciever didn’t fiddle with the item, or swiftly changed it for an identical item that’s shot? The courier comes back to base with an opened package, and no paymant. A perfect setup for fraud... Courier and reciever could be brothers in scams????
