    Anyone remember a Good woman of Bangkok sob story about a Thai bargirl Aoi? never clear if was fake or not as I believe the Aoi character was an actress. Great if only for the Mozart soundtrack

    whats exciting about being lied to and cheated by bar girls? See Thailand bound YT channel for todays stories, cheeky Peter gets people to send them in then published them in a book! I sent one and he derided it as 'negative' as I did not like Pattaya and married a teacher instead of a bargirl. His Korean wife of 30 years just divorced him over his Thai bar hobby, pretty negative!

    I had that book 20 odd years ago, some funny stories like the guy at the airport and the bar girl asking if he would kitten her- he kept saying no kitten for her- thinking she meant she wanted a cat.

    Never found out how much it costs but saw the sort the builder is using on another house doing the same job of re covering sunken driveway. This re bar looks more like chicken wire, it rolls up! Surely this is not as good as heavy rigid re bar I was thinking of?
