The difference between this and hotel room is that you are not stuck in a hotel room. Another difference between this and another shoebox condo are facilities. Yes, to some people they are useless, but to others they offer the opportunity to escape the tiny room and perhaps give the illusion that they are somehow less confined. On the other hand this may be a good rental opportunity. The less things there are inside, the less likely are things to break. This is particularly a maintenance free rental which I wish it existed in Canada. However, people need to be realistic, This is not 5k a month rental..... maybe 2.5k rental.

I just took Cathay from Toronto. It cost me $2500 USD 1 way business class. The most important thing....it was on time. Yes. I'd avoid air Canada too and wouldn't even pay half of the quoted price for their direct cattle class flight.

I should say that since I was born I always had problem with my right calf.... usually I would get sudden cramps and it was always a but sensitive. I would especially notice this during a foot massage. In any case, if things don't improve and I go see a doctor what should I ask for? Will ultrasound be enough or should I insist on MRI, which I am not to keen to do due to fasting and prep that goes with it.
