CNN Analyst: Climate Fear Stagnant for Decades Despite Alarming Events
Numbers are from July 1, 2025 ...... https://www.tvinsider.com/1200350/tv-news-ratings-2025-second-quarter-abc-nbc-cbs-msnbc-fox-news-cnn/ In the key 25-54 demo, Fox News averaged 202,000 viewers for the day and 304,000 in primetime, down slightly on the first quarter (247,000 and 380,000, respectively). MSNBC averaged 57,000 viewers for the day (even with Q1) and 91,000 in primetime (down a tick from 96,000). CNN, meanwhile, averaged 71,000 viewers for the day (down from 79,000) and 105,000 in primetime (down from 121,000). Yep, CNN beats MNBC. ROTFLMFAO.

Please recommend some Pattaya condominium
ROTFLMFAO. The OP was talking a studio or a one bedroom. So, relating to that, I used "mansion" specifically for him. As they say, one mans ceiling is another man's floor. AND, One mans trash, is another man's treasure. AND, I still don't need an anchor.

Please recommend some Pattaya condominium
4,000,000 Baht, divided by 60 months, is over 66K per month. You can rent a mansion for that. 33K would get what you want in upscale for 10 years. It depends on your age I suppose. At 70, I'm buying nothing. However, I've always asked myself, why buy an anchor if I don't have a boat?

Blistering Heat Grips Thailand: Health Warnings for All
Sorry folks, I got a laugh. I lived in Phoenix Arizona from 2006 to 2014. I was working on the Light Rail project at that time. You can't build a Rail system without going outside, obviously. So see the link here. It's a chart that shows temps over 100F/37.7C with number of days over. Many of those years were over 100 for 100 consecutive days. I understand how some feel, being from cold places, but in my 70 years I've onlying lived where it snowed and stuck to the ground for about 3 years. So, I'm fine. Stay cool. It helps if you can "identify " as a cool person such, as myself. 😎 https://www.extremeweatherwatch.com/cities/phoenix/yearly-days-of-100-degrees

Thailand Ranks 3rd in Global QR Code Payments, China Leads
Three days go I spent 25 minutes standing in line, second person waiting, at Makro. Back and forth the cashier went to the customer service desk. I was in the 20 items or less line. My butter all but melted. People don't realise that the more they use this system, the closer it brings everyone to a cashless society whereby the government will gain all control on your bank account. In China if your "social credit score" suffers, they've got you buy the balls. No ice cream for you.

Can I go out to sea ? Fishing
Honestly, if you've never been out ona boat, do you know if you get sea sick? Before you waste big bucks I'd try just go out. Ive known many that say they don't, but when the rocking starts, they find out. Take a speed boat to Koh Larn on a windy day.

Are you aware, that in Russia, they believe that someone walking around smiling is a fool? As in, has mental problems. I've known couple, nice guys, but they almost never sit around smiling.

Visa Services Limited Now?
My take .... From Bangkok Post article. About 6 weeks ago the government said they would be cracking down on mule accounts. The accounts were related to foreign entities running fake Thai businesses and property transactions. They bankroll a Thai person to, for example, start a motorbike rental agency. They make all the money, pay little or no tax because they rent to foreigners. No way to trace actual income. The Thai makes a little, they're happy, the foreigner makes a bundle. The meat of the article was aimed at businesses in Bangkok. Restaurants, property rentals, realty agents, etc. I think the immigration agencies are just being cautious for now. What they are doing isn't taking much away from the tax base because you make a bit of interest money having 800K in the bank. Furthermore, foreigners with embassies that give an income verification letter need not have 800K deposited. Being an American, my embassy is too lazy to help us.

How are agents dealing with the bank account requirements for a retirement extension ?
Thank you! Last renewal they said I had to return in 90 days to prove my 800K. When I showed up, it was a joke. They didn't seem to care that they ordered me back in 90 days. I realised then, that there is no continuity between my new visa and 3 months 800K account holding.

How are agents dealing with the bank account requirements for a retirement extension ?
Sorry for lack of clarity. March I will just do extension myself, again. It's not difficult. After that I want to send most all my money home due to the difficulty my family would have recovering $25K if I dropped dead. I don't plan on leaving. So let's say, April I send most all my money back, wait until next year, get an agent. That would work? My error on the 65K a month. Been doing it because I spend most of it anyway. Thanks for your reply DrJack.

How are agents dealing with the bank account requirements for a retirement extension ?
Greetings all, I'll ask a question a different way. My 3rd year non-O renewal is coming. Always had 800K plus. Don't want to continue that way. No problem in March, I'll take care of it myself. However, after that I want to send most of my money back home. So let's say I send back 800K, leave 200K here at BB. Come next year, March 2026, will an agent have trouble extending my retirement visa? Then, if I do that, could I just send most of my cash back and woul I need to continue the 65K a month to my BB account? Thank in advance.

Thai High-Risk Groups Urged to Get Covid-19 Boosters
Conspiracy? My daughter in law was required to get jabbed by the US GOVERNMENT, or lose her job at the TSA. Two days later she couldn't stay at work. Messed her up for over 2 months. Read Pfizer web site. Note that to this day their vaccine "IS NOT APPROVED FOR GENERAL USE" by the FDA OR CDC but it's for "EMERGENCY USE ONLY". They've made over $100 BILLION.
