This sign OBVIOUSLY does not apply to Chinese people in Thailand! I’ve just been for my morning coffee at my regular morning hangout when a family of about 15 Chinese walked in. I knew the storm was fast approaching. they sat on the table directly in front of me. Kids were all over the place, climbing on tables, rolling around on the floor, you name it. Then mother goose opened up her backpack and pulled out a packed lunch for all the family, I’m talking full on banquet, orange duck, moo ping, durians,the lot! The stench was almost unbearable! all the while I was looking at the sign at the side of their table that read ‘no outside food or drink allowed.’ are these people totally incapable of following simple rules such as this??? If I were the owner I would have booted the lot of them out, but nobody did. They each ordered a coffee and water for the kids but does that give them the right to have a 3 course meal in a bloody coffee shop at 8 o clock in the morning? The mess they left behind was appalling. I felt so sorry for the young student girl who had to clean up after them.. god help us all if they are going to be the new leaders of the world!

it's a fantastic idea and will stimulate the economy no end. Why let a couple of bad apples (i.e german biker gangs) spoil the whole barrel. Thailand will win BIG if they see this through. wow. that is pretty hardcore. my 'friend' has not made any advances on me as of yet. he has a pretty hot thai wife who i actually wouldnt mind bangin at some point. she is one of the only reasons I still give him any time. she always wears a mini skirt when she comes to our house.

I have this thai acquaintance that i know through mrs smith. He came into my life about 5 years ago or so. first time i met him I could sense something wasnt quite right about him and in fact after our first meeting i told my wife that i didnt want him to come to our house again. mrs smith was adamant that he was OK and I should give him another shot. so i did. Since then i have blocked him/ceased contact with him on numerous occasions but he always seems to wriggle his way back into my life somehow. Sometimes he shows up at my house totally unannounced, beers in hand. its hard because his wife works with mrs smith so I cant remove him completely. He is a bit of a nutcase i think some of the stuff he comes out with beggars belief when hes had a drink. To be honest im bored of him but i know that even if i block all contact one day he will just show up at my door again. do people like this never get the message? what should i do? Should i tell him to his face that i hate him or just continue to placate him when he arrives at my house uninvited and milk him for everything he has got? he claims that he likes farang but when he is drunk you can see the jealousy/envy/animosity in his eyes. he is of Thai chinese heritage. another thing is he likes to copy me. the way i look/dress/act etc. its as if he is a doppleganger. what motivates such people? Its a tricky one....
