Lived down there for a while, they come across to Thailand to sew their oats. Then go back to Malaysia to be good Muslems. Been going on for umpteen years. Hooker heaven , they come across hooker up then go back and pretend they are saints... hahaha Some of the most beautiful Thai hookers I have ever seen. From Hat Yai all the way to the border in Kolok. Stunning.

Politics Uyghur Deportation Drama Halts Thai-US Trade Talks
Gknrd replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Thailand is important to the US as all the Asian countries are. The more aligned with the US the better. I say BS to this headline. Although it is not exactly saying much for sending the Uyghur's to certain death, prison and dismemberment for parts to be used. More to do with China pressuring Thailand to not talk with the US IMO. -

Report Delay in Thai-US Tariff Talks: Minister's Trip Cancelled
Gknrd replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
The reason is, China has said anyone that negotiates with Trump on the tariff talks will be held accountable! Thailand is just a China puppet. This pretty much proves it. Something everyone knew really. So, what does it mean is the question? Thailands tariff's will be held in place from now on at 36%? Thailand will loose access to the US market? This is heating up to be a real live tariff war, this is going to get ugly, and show who supports who. You retiree's are on pretty shaky ground. If it gets as bad as I think it will. The Thai's will start loosing Jobs, factories laying off workers by the thousands. China cannot support them , they cannot support their own people now. So far as consumption goes. Personally I would have an exit strategy ready just in case.
