I agree. I don't see any country to tackle this problem.
Maybe one country got the right way to walk. Denmark.
They grant only to those support who passed the "asylum test".
In Denmark then you'll have to learn the language and to work. So it's a win-win situation. Denmark get skilled workers and the subsidies at the beginning (school aso) are paid later back to the community (income tax aso).
If you look into Germany you'll see how it shouldn't work (same in UK). 2015 (Syria, Afghanistan )1.5 million, and 2022 1 million (Ukraine). = No education, no work permission ,(except Ukranian doctors, nurses, IT-specialists, engineers)
