When provided with a frustrating experience do any 9f you pass on a friendly anonymous email to the immigration minister just to let them know. After receiving a few it may lead to something. Not likely, but if you don't then 100pc not likely Instead of 99.9pc not likely.

Just curious. Anybody see a c-64 or Amiga computer in Thailand? At a 2nd market or whatever? Good luck with repair.

Problem is there are a few unknowns. You can put a lot of effort into calculating wether it's worth solar at current rates. You can tweak figures both ways. For my calculations financially not worth it unless you are pulling some tricks, like doing some work yourself, half price panels, etc. So not impossible to do okay but for your average chap, just focus on energy saving 5 star appliances and be aware of turning things off when not using them. Do something else with the money. Buy a 1M condo and rent it out. The money you get can pay your bill plus in ten years time your investment will be worth more and not just old batteries you have to throw in the bin.

Low carb and wheat don't work together. I think you mean almond meal bread or something similar. Unfortunately, you need to make your own. I recommend it.

Can I get a piece of pie. As a visitor to Thailand I'm probably not able to, but in my defense I do provide thousands of dollars in supporting a few less well of Thai people by handing over cold hard cash for no reason other than to help people I like to help. Is that worth anything? Anything at all? To receive something back from Thai government would be so amazing.

Has violence been threatened? Violence seems to be the go to device these days to seek justice. Authorities and agencies don't care anymore. Very sad.

The reporter was generalising and implying Hamas is killing indiscriminately without understanding exact details of each incident and why the reported killings happened. That's what pissed off the interviewee. I try to get both sides mentality.
-
Hammer a 50 metre length copper rod into the earth that leads up the wall to your condo. Earth sorted. Otherwise Hunt down where metal to earth exists and tie into it. Otherwise just do RCBO and forget earth.
-
Not quite. I deny that everything a reporter or interviewer says is true.
-
In fairness, is the interviewer just repeating things he heard or he has seen the evidence. I would walk out too if stuff is said that is possibly not true but said over and over again to make it true. I'm sure terrible shocking things take place on both sides of the fence. I know that because we are dealing with humans on both sides. My review of the human species is 1 out of 5 stars across the board.

Just a question . Can we change the title please. Israel is at war. SB Israel are at war with HAMAS and inadvertently Palestine.

Who got bored in Thailand and went back?
TimeMachine replied to georgegeorgia's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
iMO, Life is what you make it. You do have to sit down and plan out your daily routine, set project days and events in the future. Aim at a comfortable level and adjust as you go along. I could not keep up rooting 5 times a day every day. So now I visit markets, fix the odd bit of electronics, watch a movie a week, and catch up with a friend. I bake a cake every month and try to annoy one person once a day on aseannow forum posts.- 211 replies

Thai-Ghanaian football player condemns racist Thai referee
TimeMachine replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Terrible behaviour. I hope there can be a sincere apology. I feel for the person that faces silly racist remarks. I'm glad you made us all aware and how serious a matter respect is as humanity continues its dive down. All the best and score some cracker goals to show who's boss. -
Keeping sim cards alive frequent visitor
TimeMachine replied to surreybloke's topic in Mobile Devices and Apps
Please explain? What do you think is wrong with the sim or deal? Lazada has pretty good purchase protection. Why would this be a foolish purchase? -

High electric bill
TimeMachine replied to DonniePeverley's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
If they let you in , see if you can attach some magnets nearby to that spinning disc inside the electricity meter. It will slow it down , thus a cheaper bill. Totally illegal, but who follows laws these days. Unfortunately my condo swapped over to new smart meters. So I'm planning on somehow throwing a wire out my balcony window . I'm sure to catch onto some messy street hanging power wire somewhere. -
And then there's vid on YouTube explaining the vitamin C in an orange isn't the same as lab made one in tablets. I didn't bother learning the exact chemistry of it because I just eat oranges and kiss sweet lips a lot.

Online notification of TM 30
TimeMachine replied to zenobit's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I think there is a group of immigration officers that try to setup the online system but then there's a group of officers that reject it. That's been my experience. I just do the in office tm30 so there's no anxiety. -
Who has the upper hand? Ultimately, either police or condo security will be involved. If you can get the upper hand with them then legality of the 1 month rule will probably be in your favour and they will tell the owner to shut up and go away. If the owner has police friends or are friendly with condo staff, they will most likely unfairly escort u out the building. There is little chance they will follow Thai written law.

From what I can tell, there is some international protestors support for Palestine . I don't see those protestors supporting Palestine doing or saying anything other than rejecting Israel's invasion. I can only therefore surmise Palestine's won't be too friendly towards Israel after Hamas eradicated. Yet again, two ways to look at it depending on which team you're on.
-
Just on the news. Israel going full out. They will eventually take over all the area. They will not ceasefire until Hamas gone. But surely terrorist strikes will continue until many new generations slowly forget.

Ask them. I don't know exact details. You would need to be in the thick of it. I don't dare speculate why babies are killed.
