  1. Defending the undefendable, again it has been proved without a doubt by the phone recording recovered from the site that the IDF buried both Red Crescent personnel and vehicles who, again were showing all the necessary emergency lighting etc, that the IDF attacked and targeted indiscriminately.
  2. Where is the proof? The only reliable evidence is that Israel lied about the vehicles not running with emergency lighting, when clearly seconds before the attack the video recovered from the site they were. A definite War Crime.
  3. I agree Hamas must release all the hostages, as it is a war crime. But, attacking or targeting Red Cross/Red Crescent personnel, facilities, or vehicles, which are clearly marked with the emblems (red cross, red crescent, or red crystal), is a violation of IHL and constitutes a war crime.
  4. Do you mean the Legal Consequences arising from the Policies and Practices of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, at THE HAGUE, on the 19 July 2024?
  5. Hamas are committing war crimes, yes, not all Palestinians, there just being abused wholesale by Israel. Which trial did Israel get found not guilty of, when and where?
  6. I'm not worried about all the rhetoric from either side, I'm more worried about a nuclear accident like Chernobyl or some crazy from either East or West thinking hitting the big red button is a good idea because they will win, thick as pig do-do springs to mind.
  7. Israel's army has admitted its soldiers made mistakes over the killing of 15 emergency workers in southern Gaza on 23 March. Israel originally claimed troops opened fire because the convoy approached "suspiciously" in darkness without headlights or flashing lights - but mobile phone footage released on Saturday, filmed by one of the paramedics who was killed, showed the vehicles did have lights on as they answered a call to help wounded people.
  8. So what you are saying is, if anyone in Gaza is in anyway shape or form is deemed to be working in any official local government capacity they are legitimate targets for the IDF?
  9. From the BBC link you posted the only claim that I can find is that, and I quote: Israel claimed a number of Hamas and Islamic Jihad militants had been killed in the incident, but it has not provided any evidence or further explained the threat to its troops. Israel's Foreign Minister Gideon Saar earlier this week echoed the army account, saying "the IDF did not randomly attack an ambulance". The IDF promised to investigate the circumstances after a surviving paramedic questioned its account.
  10. So what you are saying is, any Civil Defence worker is Hamas, and a legitimate target for the Israeli Defence Force?
