It is. The water for lipe is taken from Adang. A resort already built many years ago on Adang looking towards lipe. The resort had stopped building and then restarted I think it is complete and actually if my memory serves correctly I saw it on Agoda. The time that it was built it was clearly illegal. I don't see how as this is a national park but this is Thailand.

What if? You are legally required to have that on your person. It's possible that a pink card would suffice but a driver's license definitely not. Depends I've had drs license accepted making withdrawals from banks. Are you willing to gamble? If the cops want it and you're wherever how are you going to produce ppt? You're dreaming. Most places in the world do not make efforts to know neighbors any longer. This is very true in US and probably has been for decades in Metro areas Thailand is very transient. You're only the neighbor as long as you've the visa to stay on.
