Why are Trump supporters so unwilling to criticize even some of his policies?
He called it "special military operation" I think. Interesting take. You're right Putin is not happy how things have gone. Though when the peace deal is signed i suspect he'll be a lot happier than Zelensky.

Yah, especially the deal with Boris Johnson and Volodymyr Zelensky to fight Russia. Real big. Real spectacular success.

It looks like the truth is too much for you to handle, or are you seriously denying the vile hatred, lies and misrepresentations that Democrat apologists spew on here every day? Just read this thread. Trump is definitely making the world more secure, without him Ukraine and Russia would not be talking about ending their war. A magnificient achievement that took some doing and has to be wholly credited to Trump. He has also removed all the infrastructure that suggests to minors that they are born into the wrong body and this fallacy is being extirpated without mercy. Again, much safer for all the children in America. He has tackled criminal immigration into the US, deported murderers and gang members. You think this does not make the US a more secure place? Only because you are wearing blinkers and cannot see reality. Your vile hatred is blinding you to reality. And yes, egg prices are falling, and becoming more affordable, so are restaurant prices, so good news. The economy is being adjusted, if the dollar loses value this will help the US greatly. Of course the greatest achievement is to tackle the bloated government bureaucracy and corruption and eliminating countless useless eaters in government will eventually lighten the burden on the US taxpayer and make life affordable again. Again, great policies.

That sums it up. The Democrat apologists can spew their vile hatred with their lies and misrepresentations, at least Trump is getting good work done and keeping his word as much as he can. Even if not all his policies are spot on a good 70% are superb.

Poll -- Should Hegseth Resign or Be Fired?
No. Again you are confused. A CIA spokesperson asked that the name of John Ratcliffe's chief of staff be redacted, simply because he is a CIA officer, and it is customary these are not named. It had nothing to do with "classified information" nor with the name of the Israeli operative working with the Houthis, who was never named. No "CIA operatives" were named whatsoever, only the chief of staff of John Ratcliffe, who of course is a CIA officer. It was his name that was redacted. You need to get basic facts right, or you just lose credibility.

Poll -- Should Hegseth Resign or Be Fired?
We were talking about the Israeli operative that worked with the Houthi "top missile guy". His name was never mentioned. You are confusing the CIA's request not to name John Ratcliffe's chief of staff, merely due to the reason that CIA agents are not normally publicly identified. Nothing to do with "classified information". Hegseth did not lie, he is the one who determines what is classified, as the Secretary of Defense, not you, not CNN, not the CIA. Only Trump can trump him on this issue.

Poll -- Should Hegseth Resign or Be Fired?
Biden-era guidance encouraged use of Signal app by highly-targeted govt officials: 'Best practice' 'Adopt a free messaging application for secure communications that guarantees end-to-end encryption, such as Signal or similar apps,' 2024 CISA guidance reads. The federal office in charge of ensuring cybersecurity at all levels of the government cited the use of encrypted messaging app Signal as a "best practice" for "highly targeted" government officials, the Biden-era document shows. Fox News Digital found that the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) outlined in a guide for federal employees late last year that encrypted messaging platforms such as Signal better protected officials against foreign enemy hackers amid a Chinese-linked cyber breach. CISA is an office under the Department of Homeland Security's umbrella that is charged with ensuring cybersecurity across all levels of government. The CISA guidance specifically cited that government officials should download "end-to-end encrypted communications" platforms to their cellphones and computers, specifically citing Signal as an app to download to comply with the best practices. CIA Director John Ratcliffe: "One of the first things that happened when I was confirmed as CIA director was Signal was loaded onto my computer at, the CIA, as it is for most CIA officers, one of the things that I was briefed on very early, Senator, was by the CIA records management folks about the use of Signal as a permissible work use," he said. "It is, that is a practice that preceded the current administration to the Biden administration," he continued. "It is my understanding that the Biden administration authorized Signal as a means of communication that was consistent with presidential recordkeeping requirements for its administration, and that continued into the Trump administration," Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., said during an appearance on "Fox & Friends" on Tuesday morning. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/biden-era-guidance-encouraged-use-signal-app-highly-targeted-govt-officials-best-practice

Poll -- Should Hegseth Resign or Be Fired?
Total caca de toro. Even Biden allowed the use of Signal for his officials, It is actually one of the more secure messaging apps. "Government officials have used Signal for organizational correspondence, such as scheduling sensitive meetings, but in the Biden administration, people who had permission to download it on their White House-issued phones were instructed to use the app sparingly, according to a former national security official who served in the administration. The official, who requested anonymity to speak about methods used to share sensitive information, said Signal was most commonly used to notify someone that they should check for a classified message sent through other means. Encrypted messaging apps are increasingly popular with government officials, according to a recent Associated Press review. State, local and federal officials in nearly every state have accounts on encrypted messaging apps, according to the review, which found many of those accounts registered to government cellphone numbers. Some were also registered to personal numbers." " https://www.pbs.org/newshour/nation/heres-what-to-know-about-signal-the-messaging-app-used-in-apparent-leak-war-plans-journalist

Poll -- Should Hegseth Resign or Be Fired?
The name did not appear in the chat so Goldberg could not have published it. He published that there was acess to a "top missile guy" however so the Houthis could make enquiries internally ,since presumably they have a limited number of "top missile guys". Whether or not this is classified information only Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth are in a position to determine. A hundred mainstream media journalists can run off their mouths that they think it was, it matters not one banana.

I don't like him much and don't listen to him either. But he got rich being a radio star. There's no denying it.
-
Poll -- Should Hegseth Resign or Be Fired?
Of course they were not highly detailed operational plans for war that were disclosed, all the details were missing. Israel is upset because their source was put in danger by the PUBLICATION which Goldberg later made in the Atlantic. Had he acted responsibly and not published this then Israel's source would not have been put at risk. It is a clear case for looking at the actions of Goldberg.

Poll -- Should Hegseth Resign or Be Fired?
None of what you suggesst happened. In fact the operation went ahead exactly as planned and was a resounding success. So de facto nothing was put at risk, as nothing happened. Using a commercial app is the world we live in, just ask Hilary Clinton who used it for sensitive information.

Poll -- Should Hegseth Resign or Be Fired?
No, he is not responsible for the Signal mishap. Hegseth is NOT "security advisor", he is the Secretary of Defence. In that role he oversees the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Coast Guard. Not Tik Tok, Telegram, Signal and Snapchat. Ok? Now has he been doing a good job? Let us see, he culled all the books on transgender ideology in the armed forces, and he stopped recruitment of transgender people, which as you will recall previously resulted in the recruitment of traitors. So that is a good thing. He also opposed Ukraine accesion to NATO and admonished Ukraine that retaining its current borders is unrealistic. Thus he greatly helped in achieving the peace process we now see unfolding. Again, good work Hegseth. He also started operations to ensure the US has secure and permanent access to the Panama canal. Pretty good for the US. Hegseth is too pro Israel for my taste, but then that is what you would expect of any American official these days, especially under Trump. Israel lobby and all that.

He is a radio star with a net worth 660 million USD, from radio work. Which kind of indicates that video did not kill the radio star.

Poll -- Should Hegseth Resign or Be Fired?
The decision on determining whether the information is classified ultimately lies with Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth https://apnews.com/article/trump-signal-classified-information-308e7a81d70d6233c06a1f7330ae3004

Big earthquake in CM just now!
I was at Central Festival, it is open as normal. No damage whatsoever.

Poll -- Should Hegseth Resign or Be Fired?
You are a nasty piece of work, but you spout nonsense. The information was not classified. You seem a bit clueless about the news yourself.
-
Poll -- Should Hegseth Resign or Be Fired?
That is just ludicrous. Neither Hegseth nor 99% of the others bear any responsibility for inviting the snitch journalist. They did not even know he was on the call. Anybody who has been on Whatsapp conf calls knows you just trust the organizer to have invited all the correct participants. No mere participant would ever say "let us cancel the call this app is not safe". That is just ludicrous.
-
Poll -- Should Hegseth Resign or Be Fired?
For what? He did not do anything "heinous". The Signal chat was not organised by him, ergo it was not his faux pas.
-
Poll -- Should Hegseth Resign or Be Fired?
No, neither, he should continue to do the excellent job he is doing. He was not responsible for the Singal Messenger mishap in the slightest.

Andew Tate - Does he make sense or is he way off?
I think that is correct. He is very aware of his own persona. And this is what disturbs me a bit because it seems to seduce him into making certain statements that seem just wrong. I will give you an example. In one of his interviews he says a lot of profound and clearly true things about how men have to develop themselves and he finishes with the senetence "Eventually you achieve that echelon of man where men are never left by women". Now clearly he said that in order to portray himself in a certain way, women would never leave me because my net worth is 370 mllion USD. However, when you consider that Elvis Presley, Johnny Depp, Cary Grant, Tom Chambers, Frank Sinatra, all were cheated on or had their spouse levave them, then it is plain to see that this statement by Tate is just not true. He was seduced into saying something in the spur of the moment, based on how he wanted to present himself. This is problematic, because you have to then doubt a lot of things he says.

I did not know this, but I looked it up and it looks like he did convert to Islam. Maybe to have the 4 wives?

Andew Tate - Does he make sense or is he way off?
It says online that Tate has a net worth of around 380 million USD, which is enormous. He is very visible online, and so still commands a lot of attention. He does talk a lot of sense, but it strikes me that he has a "gangster" mentality. To him being a gangster is a good thing, and he would do anything to further his cause. Including lying, which makes you a bit circumspect when you listen to him. But he does speak the truth a lot, no doubt about it,.
-
Andew Tate - Does he make sense or is he way off?
Yah, I think a lot of that came from his enormous wealth and ubiquitous internet presence which made him a lot more influential than Strauss ever was, certainly more present in the news. There are definitely parallels between The Game and how Andrew Tate advocates dealing with women. I think a key difference is that Andrew Tate et al advocate that you need to be financially successful to have women. Whereas for Neil Strauss it was more about techniques and not so much wealth.
-
Andew Tate - Does he make sense or is he way off?
I do agree a lot of it makes sense, in particular when it comes to women. I think he does not advocate "controlling" them. For instance if she wants to go out with her guy friends he would advise to not just prohibit but to suggest that you can do that, but if you do, I would not be interested in you as much. Setting boundaries kind of thing. I have never seen him advocate knocking or slapping women, the way Sean Connery did for instance.
