  1. They will not add any extra to a UK Passport.
  2. Seems like this neighbour dispute had been going on for months, As they were all renting you would have thought that one of them would have had the sense to move.
  3. Thais can and do make as much noise as they want. Me and you? Probably not. It is not called the land of noise for nothing.
  4. I don't post opinions I only post facts. Fact. An extension of stay will only e given up to the expiry date of your passport if less than 12 months. Fact. If you have a full 12 month extension and then renew your passport the details will be transferred to your new passport. This is what you said:
  5. Oh yes it can. Take your new passport to Immigration and they will transfer the information.

  13. A Multi Entry Non Imm O Visa will give you a stay of 15 months if you time your border hops correctly.
  14. All the official information for extensions of stay are here. Visa Extension – สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง – Immigration Bureau Anything to do with agents are not official and contain some dodgy practices.

  16. There is no requirement for the child to be under 20. If you choose to believe differently then that is up to you. I am just giving the facts. People can believe what they want but I am correct and will not be returning to this topic. It is pointless.
  17. Money in the bank for 2 months.
  18. You are reading it wrong. The relevant section is 2.18 (5) Everything else is irrelevant and nothing to do with what is being discussed. (5) In the case of parents, the father or mother must maintain an average annual income of no less than Baht 40,000 per month throughout the year or must have deposited funds of no less than Baht 400,000 to cover expenses for one year. For other necessary cases, the Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Immigration Bureau is granted the authority to make decisions regarding approval on a case-by-case basis.
  19. 30 days. Same as most of us.
  20. You have posted the wrong section. 2.18 deals with what we are talking about.
  21. Nope. You are looking at the wrong clause. (4) Clause 5 is the correct one.
  22. Who told you that? Not true. From the Immigration website. No mention of age.
